Cyviz AS secures deal to equip a central electricity company in Saudi Arabia
with advanced control rooms.

Cyviz AS, a leading provider of advanced collaboration solutions, announces a
significant new 24-month frame agreement with a central electricity company in
Saudi Arabia. The deal, with an estimated total value of up to USD 7 million,
involves deploying 32 new control rooms equipped with Cyviz' dynamic workflow
technology for their Distribution Low Voltage Centers.

"This strategic partnership reinforces our commitment to delivering innovative
solutions that empower collaboration and drive technological progress in Saudi

The agreement builds upon a successful year of collaboration between Cyviz and

The installation is scheduled for completion by the end of Q4 2025.
