The WP and the ICO is delayed once again!

I was surprised by this announcement today. I had expected that we would we would get an WP announcement after the first Tranche and probably the launching of the ICO after the second Tranche.

But no, now I have a hard time to see how the share should gain ground if there will come two new Tranches and with no news to support this wave of new shares!

I don't think that 3 NOK is enough when people realize this
