03.07.2020 11:33:33: 33-2020 The convertible Loan Agreement with Formue Nord has been terminated today

COPENHAGEN, July 3rd, 2020: 5th Planet Games A/S (OAX: FIVEPG) is pleased to
announce that the Company has chosen to terminate the convertible Loan Agreement
with Formue Nord Fokus A/S.

Reference is made to the announcement from 5th Planet Games A/S on 11 June 2020
regarding the NOK 35-45 million rights issue in the Company, of which the
minimum amount is underwritten (the "Rights Issue").

Since May 2019 the Company has had a convertible loan agreement with Formue Nord
Fokus A/S (the "Loan Agreement"), which was put on hold on 24 April 2020. As of
today, the general meeting of the Company has approved the Rights Issue and the
board of directors of the Company has chosen to terminate the Loan Agreement.

The board of directors finds that this combined solution is in the best interest
of the Company and its shareholders providing a good capital base and ensuring
sound financing related to the Company's current working capital needs.

In connection with the Rights Issue the Company has entered into a short-term
bridge loan with Formue Nord Markedsneutral A/S to pay back the current
outstanding convertible loan to Formue Nord Fokus A/S of approximately NOK 7
million.

Upon completion of the Rights Issue, the bridge loan will be repaid in full and
the Company will have no outstanding convertible loans or other interest-bearing
debt.
