Gammelt nytt. Pipeline er ikke engang påbegynt, så en 2022 start-up skal holde hardt. Dealen er vel uansett priset inn i aksje vil jeg tro?

Jeg mener de må melde det omgående hvis de har signert en 10års avtale.

Dealen er signert for et år eller to siden og børsmeldt for lenge siden. Gammelt nytt.

At prosjektet er levert inn for miljøgodkjennelse har jeg ikke hørt før. Det er dette prosjektet står og evnt faller på slik jeg har forstått det. Godkjent så er prosjektet ready to go😁

HÖEGH LNG: AGL SELECTS HÖEGH ESPERANZA AS FSRU FOR CRIB POINT LNG PROJECT

Hamilton, Bermuda, 28 June 2019 – Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published 21 December 2018 regarding the time charter party entered into with AGL Shipping Pty Ltd (“AGL” or the “charterer”), and statement filed by AGL with the Australian Stock Exchange this morning.
AGL has selected Höegh Esperanza as the FSRU for the Crib Point project in Victoria Australia, as opposed to Höegh Giant communicated by the charterer in December 2018.
Höegh Esperanza has both a closed loop and an open loop system and is because of this considered by AGL to be a better fit for the operational requirements arising from the Environment Effects Statement (EES) currently been undertaken by the Victorian Government. The EES is expected to be concluded no earlier than late H1 2020. Final investment decision (FID) will be taken subject to and following the EES.
As Höegh Esperanza is currently on contract with CNOOC until June 2021. Taking into account the time needed for relocation, commissioning and start-up at Crip Point, this fits well with AGL’s planned commercial start-up in H1 2022.
The charter with AGL is for a period of 10 years and remains conditional on the board of directors of AGL Energy Ltd taking a FID for the project. Höegh Esperanza is expected to generate an annual EBITDA of USD 31m.HÖEGH LNG : HÖEGH LNG SELECTED AS THE FSRU PROVIDER TO AGL’S CRIB POINT LNG PROJECT

Hamilton, Bermuda, 21 December 2018 - Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd. (“Höegh LNG”) today announced that it has entered into a time charter party with AGL Shipping Pty Ltd (“AGL” or the “charterer”), a wholly owned subsidiary of AGL Energy Ltd., for the provision of a floating storage and regasification unit (“FSRU”) to facilitate its proposed Gas Import Jetty project at Crib Point, Victoria, Australia that is targeting start up in 2020 – 2021 (the “project”).
The charter is for a period of 10 years and remains conditional on the board of directors of AGL Energy Ltd. taking a final investment decision in relation to the project and receipt by the charterer of key environmental project approvals. The FSRU assigned to the project is expected to generate annual EBITDA of between USD 29 million and USD 31 million depending on planned technical modifications that may be specified by AGL before project start-up.  
Höegh LNG's President and Chief Executive Officer, Sveinung J. S. Støhle, said in a comment: “We are delighted to have been awarded the contract with AGL for their new LNG import project in Victoria, Australia. Public exhibition and inquiry
When the Minister for Planning is satisfied the EES adequately responds to the scoping requirements, he will invite and receive comments on the EES and key approval documents during public exhibition.
The Minister for Planning will appoint an inquiry to review the EES. The inquiry will hold a directions hearing, and a public hearing to hear from any parties who have made a written submission and indicated that they wish to be heard. The inquiry will provide a report to the Minister for Planning.

The Minister for Planning will prepare his assessment which will determine whether the likely environmental effects of the proposed Project are acceptable.
The Commonwealth Government will consider the Victorian Minister's assessment and make separate decisions in relation to the Gas Import Jetty Works and the Pipeline Works under the EPBC Act.
Various statutory decision makers must consider the Minister’s assessment to inform decisions about whether to grant the approvals that the Project requires.

If the Project gains all required approvals, construction would begin shortly afterwards and take approximately 18 to 27 months.

2022 er nok bare å glemme, dette kommer til å ta langt lengre tid. Miljøgodkjennelse tar årevis og miljøforkjemperne kommer til å lage ett helvete.

2024 vil dette tidligst være klart, om det i det hele tatt blir noe av. Og desverre, i 2024 nærmer vi oss at kontantstrøm fra Litauen prosjektet går mot slutten, og resultatene kommer til å stupe.

Ett selskap med så mye verdifullt stål og handler på 10kr, bare det vært være nok til å skygge banen.
