Ikke noe merkelig at aksjen korrigerer etter en kraftig oppgang. Sånn er det nesten alltid. Når DLT gutta får sine aksjer med opsjoner etc, flytter fokuset bort fra Element. Etter alle solemerker kommer det en ny kraftig oppgang. Jeg trodde at en del av de 20 største hadde solgt etter fredagens fall, men ble litt overasket over at det ikke var tilfelle. Så her er trua stor blant de som vet ¨mest¨

• Easy2connect AS, a company controlled by Thomas Christensen, chairman of the board of directors of the Company, will receive 300,000 Private Placement Shares and Thomas Christensen will receive 1,000,000 share options. • Finance Resources GJ AS, a company controlled by Geir Johansen, current CEO of the Company, will receive 100,000 Private Placement Shares, and will subsequently have a total holding of 100,000 shares and 50,000 share options.

• Following the Distribution, Palcapital LLC will receive 7,273,903 Consideration Shares, and 1,000,000 warrants. Palcapital LLC is controlled by James Haft. James Haft will further, in connection with the transaction, receive 1,000,000 share options. Haft will directly and indirectly through affiliates subsequently hold 8,923,903 shares, equal to 16.81% (rounded) of the New Share Capital and votes in the Company, and 1,000,000 warrants and 1,050,000 share options, each warrant and share option giving the right to receive one share in the Company on certain terms and conditions, equal to 3.72% (rounded) of the New Share Capital in the Company, if all of these warrants and share options are exercised.

• Following the Distribution, Yeoman's Capital LLC and Yeoman' Capital LP will receive 4,365,306 and 3,466,278 Consideration Shares, respectively. In addition, Yeoman's Capital LLC will, through the Distribution, receive 1,000,000 warrants. Yeoman's Capital LLC and Yeoman' Capital LP are controlled by David Johnston. David Johnston will further, in connection with the transaction, receive 1,000,000 share options. Jeg tenker det er fornuftig å bare legge bort kursen frem til det kommer info. Ikke godt å si hva som driver kursen hverken opp eller ned nå om dagen.

Ta et lodd og se det an. Krypto er kommet for å bli. DLT betaler kun 10 øre pr. kwh. for utvinningen. Tror at det er kjempe gevinster i vente. Derfor har ingen av de 20 største solgt.

Vi skal opp mange titals kr innen kort tid.

Bobby Lee told CNBC's "Squawk Box Asia" on Monday that 2021 is a bull market for bitcoin, of the sort that comes around every three or four years. Lee, who runs the crypto wallet app Ballet, said 2013 and 2017 were also bull-market years in which the bitcoin price increased by 10 or 20 times.

He predicted that the price of bitcoin would hit $100,000 by the summer and "potentially" $300,000 by the end of the year "if history plays itself out again."

For meg ser dette ut som juks og bedrag, selv om det er litt bevegelse i disse det siste året. Det er jo ikke noe aktivitet i firmaet som lanserte disse, alle nettsidene er lagt ned.

Nei, det er nok helt andre personer som står bak DLTX coin.

Jeg har mer tiltro til Haft enn mange andre i denne næringen. Etter å ha hatt flere samtaler med han om forskjellig satsinger og aktører i bransjen, og hva de står for.
Slik jeg har lært Haft å kjenne, så er han en person som aldri kunne vært med på juks og bedrag.
Han vet å ta seg betalt som konsulent, men så er det det han har jobbet med i mange år.

Og han har et enormt nettverk innen blockchain-bransjen.
