I dag tidlig la jeg bort telefonen! Har tross alt høstferie...Jeg vet at Nel er sterkere enn kursutviklingen har vist de siste to dager, men like godt forstår jeg ikke korreksjoner!? Hva får en aksje til å falle nesten 20% før den snur opp igjen??? Det er ikke annet enn nervøse aksjonærer som har kjøpt seg inn på euforiske dager før helgen som prøvde å redde stumpene! Så vidt meg bekjent er det ikke meldt innsidehandel...

Mange har tjent penger mange ganger på NEL. Ikke umulig at det blir et par nedturer til før avspark. Bare å slappe av.

Ja tydeligvis mange småskvetne aksjonærer igår. Som jeg sa igår: Nel stiger alltid raskere enn den synker. Vi ser alle den enorme kraft og den styrken til Nel idag og noen valgte dessverre salg igår. Stoploss driver ikke jeg med. Over tid lønner det seg ikke i Nel. Deres valg er tatt. Andre valgte å kjøpe mere. Ingen innsidehandel nei. Bare svada. Han skribenten om dette igår er under oppfølging fra noen. Dere skal dere få vite mere om den casen senere.

The Company has only one class of shares. Pursuant to the Norwegian Public Limited Companies Act, all shares have equal rights to the Company’s profits, in the event of liquidation and to receive dividend, unless all the shareholders approve otherwise.
All the existing Shares are validly issued and fully paid. All the Company’s Shares hold the same rights and no major shareholders have different voting rights.

Restrictions on free transferability
The Shares in the Company are freely transferable.
The share is subject to the following lock-up restrictions:
Lars Markus Solheim, Ole Arnt Lindgren, Magne Myrehaug and Erik Evju each received 13,846,154 shares in Nel ASA in October 2014, of which 50% of the shares are subject to a lock-up period with expiration 9 October 2018. The remaining 50% were subject to a lock-up period of two years, which expired October 2016.
H2 Logic ApS, which is controlled by Jacob Krogsgaard and Mikael Sloth on 25 June 2015 received 126,755,555 shares in connection with the acquisition of H2 Logic A/S, of which 50% of the shares are subject to a lock-up period with expiration 29 May 2019.
F9 Investments LLC., which is controlled by Tom Sullivan, in June 2017 received 147,659,456 consideration shares in connection with the acquisition of Proton OnSite. 50% of the consideration shares were subject to a lock-up period with expiration 30 June 2018, and the remaining 50% of the consideration shares were subject to a lock-up period extension with expiration 30 June 2019.
- In June 2018, F9 Investments sold 50,000,000 shares through a secondary sale (equivalent to 5.0% of the shares outstanding). The shares were originally subject to lock-up until 30 June 2018. Following the sale F9 Investments holds 97,659,456 shares. F9 Investments entered into a new lock-up with the Managers for the 23,829,723 shares with a lock-up which originally expired on 30 June 2018. This was a pre-requisite for the Board of directors in order to release the lock-up for the shares that were sold in the transaction. These shares are now under a 6 month lock- up period that ends on 28 December 2018. The remaining 73,829,728 shares held by F9 Investments remain under lock-up with the Company which expires on 30 June 2019.

Ellevill sluttaksjon i Nel. Jeg er fornøyd med +3.08% Rt 4,42. Det håper jeg dere er også. Omsetningen landet enda en solskinnsdag dag på svimlende kr 120 mill.
Og Bullair som du sikkert vet har de gamle grundere en mulighet til å selge sine opsjoner nå. Men det har de ikke gjort. For dette er et meldepliktige salg via OSE. Kloke grundere vet vel at det ligger mye nærliggende godt i kurven til Nel som kan skvette Nel kursen godt oppover. Det vil vel ha med seg mest mulig i sin exit? Itillegg så er de 100% lojale mot Løkke, lojale mot styret i Nel som har gitt de noen millioner kroner og lojale til hele aksjemarkedet. Nel kommer sikkert til å flagge en fet kontrakt og flagge et lite nedsalg fra gamlegutta når tiden er inne for det. Det er helt ok
