I meldingen under, fra "Nyheter for CrayoNano AS" under https://www.notc.no/NOTC/NOTC-listen, legger jeg særlig merke til;

"Following the registration remaining convertible debt and convertible debt granted warrants will be 0.". Det er positivt, etter min mening! Ikke mer konvertering av lån og utøvelse av warrants fremover, samtidig som CrayoNano har fått mer penger i kassa.

Lenders of convertible loans have notified the company that they will exercise their right to convert loans of a total of NOK 8.986.000 plus accumulated interest into to shares in CrayoNano AS. The conversion price pr share is NOK 16,00 as per the loan agreements. The total conversion amount including interests is NOK 10.169.093 which will be converted into 635.558 shares at 0,02 per share.

Holders of warrants issued in relation to the above convertible loans have also notified the company about their exercise of a total of 536.600 warrants, each of which gives the right to one share in CrayoNano at a subscription price of NOK 16,00 per share, hence a total of NOK 8.585.600 in new paid in capital to CrayoNano.

Following the conversion of the loan and exercise of the warrants, the share capital of CrayoNano AS will increase by NOK 23.443,16 from NOK 544.586,66 to NOK 568.029,82. Hence following completion of the registration of the share capital increase, the share capital of CrayoNano AS will be NOK 568.029,82 divided into 28.401.491 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.02.

Following the registration remaining convertible debt and convertible debt granted warrants will be 0.

Enig i at det er positivt å få konvertert lån, og innløst warrants. Bra å bli kvitt gjeld og utgifter til det. Og bra å få inn drøyt 8,5 MNOK i kassa vil jeg tro...

Det som kan være negativt, på kort sikt, er salgspress. Lett å forstå at det er hyggelig å cashe inn 100% gevinst...
