Direkte imponerende av CEO Morten Holum å holde en så nøktern og avdempet tone når man har et slikt budskap som her å bringe til torgs. Vi snakker skaleringsmuligheter og veksteksplosjon nesten hinsides det fattbare.

Det nylige oppkjøpet av tyske Wystrach tror jeg bestemt er en genistrek. Tankene tar også en tur sånn litt 10 år tilbake i tid da Tomra Systems stod i ca. 30 kroner og kjøpte det tyske selskapet Tritech, nå Tomra Sorting Solutions...

Utrolig heavy avslutning på børsuka i Purus! Kursen steg mer enn 10% fra 15:45 til børslukk 16:25 i dag. Mer enn 10% opp i løpet av 40 minutt med andre ord.

Er vel veldig sannsynlig at at det vil bli bruk for Hexagon Purus sine produkter og kompetanse i et slikt samarbeid. Det nærmer seg nå ettårsdagen for opprettelsen av Hexagon Purus sine joint ventures sammen med CIMC Enric. Spørsmålet ditt satte også litt fart på "mine små grå": Hmmm, sendte ikke Purus for en stund siden ut en meldig om at man skulle presentere seg på en eller annen gigantisk messe i Kina?

Svaret er ja. Det gjorde Purus. Den messen avholdes i Shanghai, startet fredag (5.nov.) og varer til onsdag (10.nov.).

Og mens mange "grønne selskaper" beskyldes for mest å dreie seg om store vyer, søte drømmer og ikke altfor mye substans, fremstår dette som temmelig så håndfast, mektig og imponerende. Ekstremt spennende å følge Purus!

Hexagon Purus will showcase its world class cylinder and systems technologies for Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEVs) at CIIE 2021. CIIE is a premier exhibition that brings nation-wide market and government attention to international products and services.

The Chinese government has developed a comprehensive plan to industrialize all key technologies to produce Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEVs) for mass market in the country. Hexagon Purus has signed a long-term agreement with Nikola Corporation (NASDAQ: NKLA), a global leader in zero-emissions transportation and infrastructure solutions to develop and supply its high-performance type 4 hydrogen cylinders. The scope of the agreement is over a multi-year period with an estimated sales value in excess of EUR 200 million.

The project’s development phase will commence in Q2 2021. The technology is planned to be certified for distribution in European and North American markets.

The long-term agreement also positions Hexagon Purus for potential further projects within a range of truck and other vehicle applications with Nikola.

Sier god kveld med å dele litt info jeg nettopp fant om Urs Laeuppi, CEO China & Southeast Asia Hexagon Purus. Urs jobbet i 7 år og 1 måned i forskjellige ledende posisjoner i Daimler Kina og var i hele denne perioden styreleder for "Tsinghua University - Daimler Joint Research Center for Sustainable Transportation", før han altså gikk inn og tok lederstillingen i Hexagon Purus, Kina og Sørøst Asia da Purus opprettet to joint ventures sammen med kinesiske CIMC Enric i februar i år. Så da vet vi det.

Hexagon Purus has been awarded a contract from a leading designer of hybrid electric and fully electric vehicle propulsion solutions, to deliver three battery electric trucks for testing of their next generation drivetrains.

Hexagon Purus will provide fully integrated vehicle drivetrains including its proprietary ProPackTM high energy density battery pack, and power electronics for one Class 6 and two Class 8 trucks.

The total sales value of the contract is approximately USD 1.7 million (approx. NOK 15 million).

Daimler Truck and TotalEnergies have signed an agreement on their joint commitment to the decarbonisation of road freight in the EU.

The partners will collaborate in the development of ecosystems for heavy-duty trucks running on hydrogen, with the intent to demonstrate the attractiveness and effectiveness of trucking powered by clean hydrogen and the ambition to play a lead role in kick-starting the rollout of hydrogen infrastructure for transportation.

The collaboration includes hydrogen sourcing and logistics, dispensing of hydrogen in service stations, development of hydrogen-based trucks, establishment of a customer base as well as other areas.

By 2030 TotalEnergies aims to operate up to 150 hydrogen refuelling stations in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and France. As part of the collaboration, Daimler Truck is also to supply hydrogen-powered fuel-cell trucks to its customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and France by 2025.

Hydrogen energy technology has been included in one of the 18 key special projects of China’s Ministry of Science and Technology’s 14th Five-Year National Key R&D Plan. The 14th Five-Year Plan of various provinces and cities has also successively issued supporting policies for hydrogen energy planning, and Beijing and Shanghai have made clearer proposals. To achieve the development goal of 10,000 hydrogen fuel cell vehicles by 2025. The "Energy-saving and New Energy Vehicle Technology Roadmap 2.0" issued by the Chinese Society of Automotive Engineers points out that by 2025, the scale of China's hydrogen fuel cell vehicles will reach 100,000 and 1,000 hydrogen refueling stations will be built.

CIMC Enric is the pioneer of hydrogen energy. Its hydrogen energy business has revenue of approximately 61.62 million yuan in the first half of the year. The revenue contribution is not much, but there is a lot of room for development. During the period, the company established a joint venture company with Hexagon Purus HK Holdco AS for a four-type vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage bottle and hydrogen supply system, and won an order of about 100 million yuan for vehicle-mounted hydrogen supply systems. It also successfully joined the list of suppliers of Beiqi Foton’s vehicle-mounted hydrogen supply system. , And joined the National Fuel Cell Vehicle Demonstration (Beijing) Enterprise List, and settled in the Daxing International Hydrogen Energy Demonstration Zone.

Management: Hope to do billions of business in the next 3 years

As for the hydrogen refueling station, the company also successfully delivered the first oil, gas and hydrogen integrated energy service station in Hebei Province in July. Later this year, it worked with the Zhangjiagang Institute of Industrial Technology, Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, to jointly promote the liquid sunshine hydrogen refueling station demonstration project for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics.

In an exclusive interview with "Hong Kong 01" and "Giant ICON", Yang Xiaohu, executive director and general manager of CIMC Enric, said that in the future, the company will develop its hydrogen energy business into a leading enterprise in the industry. "There will be several billion yuan in the next 3 to 5 years. For business, the future energy structure will shift to natural gas and renewable energy. Although its unstable state is the biggest problem, it is much cleaner than traditional energy. It is planned to make more improvements in hydrogen storage and energy efficiency in the future."

Zhongtai International issued a report stating that with the increase of China's hydrogen fuel vehicles in the Chinese market, assuming an increase from about 10,000 in 2020 to 100,000 in 2025, and the company's expansion to the entire industry chain, it is expected that CIMC Anrui In 2025, the revenue of hydrogen business can reach RMB 3 billion to RMB 4 billion, which may become another major source of income in the long run.

In addition, CIMC Enric recently announced the issuance of zero-coupon convertible bonds with a total principal of 1.68 billion yuan. The initial conversion price is 11.78 yuan per share, which is a 28% premium to the closing price of the shares on the day when the agreement was concluded. If the bonds are fully converted, they can be converted into 143 million shares, accounting for 6.6% of the company’s enlarged share capital. The company said that the total proceeds of the issuance of 1.68 billion yuan are intended to be used to increase and expand business operations, improve research and development capabilities, potential acquisitions, and general corporate purposes.

Her gidder jeg ikke gå i detaljer og brodere ut, men dere som ønsker/trenger bakgrunn kan gjøre søk med søkeord 'hino trucks', 'toyota', 'project z', 'hexagon purus'.

Lurte litt på hvordan det går med utviklingen av hydrogen truck'en i prosjektet som også omfatter elektriske truck'er med komplette batteripakker og drivlinjer fra Purus. Fant bl.a. dette fra 1.september i år. Dette ser bra ut! Så her kan det forhåpentligvis plutselig komme breaking news selv om det har vært stille om prosjektet en stund. At Hexagon Group ikke driver med (for tidlig) haussing i tide og utide, som man fort kunne gjort her, tror jeg kanskje vi bare skal være glade for, men som man kan se på bildet, sparer ikke Hino Trucks på hexagoner som pryder truck'en (klikk på linken for å se bildet). :)

Hino reveals hydrogen powered freight truck

Interest in hydrogen fuel-cell powertrains for medium- and heavy-duty freight truck applications is growing.

Toyota-owned Hino Trucks has revealed a Class 8 (heavy-duty) hydrogen fuel cell electric truck in the US.

The Hino XL8 prototype is powered by a hydrogen fuel cell electric drivetrain and was shown at the 2021 ACT Expo in Long Beach, California.

“It’s amazing what our team has been able to accomplish in a relative short period of time. I know our customers are going to be extremely impressed with this fuel cell electric truck,” said Glenn Ellis, Senior Vice President Customer Experience, Hino Trucks.

“We are looking forward to validating the performance, reliability and efficiency of our hydrogen fuel cell electric system in the XL Series chassis,” continued Glenn Ellis.

“From our Project Z announcement last October, we have received significant interest from customers, and now we have something tangible to show them in our prototype FCEV,” said Bob Petz, Senior Vice President of Vehicle and Parts Sales, Hino Trucks.

Hexagon Purus signs long-term supply agreement to deliver hydrogen fuel storage systems for fuel cell buses

Hexagon Purus has signed an exclusive long-term supply agreement (“LTA”) with a leading European bus OEM. Under this agreement, Hexagon Purus will supply hydrogen storage systems for the OEM’s next generation two axle (12 meter) and articulated (18 meter) fuel cell bus offerings. This OEM has been a long-standing customer of Hexagon Purus. Deliveries under the LTA will take place between 2021 and 2024 with an estimated sales value of approximately EUR 30 million (including some deliveries already made in 2021).

The hydrogen storage systems will be supplied from Hexagon Purus’ facility in Kassel, Germany, and will include Hexagon Purus’ lightweight type 4 cylinders, enabling a driving range of 350 kilometers.

“This agreement showcases the close collaboration with our long-standing customer. We both share a common vision and a common interest – to drive zero emission mobility,” says Michael Kleschinski, EVP Hexagon Purus. “We are happy that a growing number of countries are eyeing hydrogen technology, which is a superb, green solution to decarbonize public transportation”.

mercedesglk, tenker personlig at smarteste strategi er å sitte i både Composites og Purus til 2030 så gidder ikke fokusere altfor mye på aksjekursene. Tuller ikke, men så kan man jo ha en liten tradingpot hvis man trenger litt underholdning og tidtrøyte.

Som vanlig veldig dårlig uttelling kursmessig når Hexagon Group børsmelder kontrakter. Selv ikke dagens supre kontrakt på 300 millioner NOK til Purus, løfter aksjekursene (Composites eier ca. 75% av aksjene i Purus/1 Composites-aksje eier 0.86 Purus-aksje) i vesentlig grad på en positiv børs. Foreløpig ser disse to fremragende selskapene dermed fortsatt ut til å gå under radaren til de aller fleste investorer, pussig nok. Konsekvensen av det er at smarte, langsiktige aktører (har nevnt noen slike her på forumet, nordamerikanske investeringsbanker/-fond som har kommet inn på topp 20 i Composites i 2.halvår 2021) fortsatt greier å akkumulere billig fra de utålmodigste, men feelingen er at det (billig)vinduet ikke vil være åpent veldig mye lenger nå. Begge Hexagon Group selskapene har nemlig nå så sterk medvind når det gjelder driften at det nesten er på sin plass å snakke orkan. :)

MADRID (Reuters) -The cost of producing green hydrogen with renewable energy is set to fall and the capacity to produce it in Europe and nearby countries will likely surpass current targets by 2030, European Union officials said on Monday.

Countries and companies have seized on green hydrogen – a fuel obtained by passing renewably-produced electricity through water to split the element from oxygen – as a way to cut greenhouse gas emissions, especially from heavy industry.

Until now, green hydrogen has been far more expensive than versions produced using fossil fuel, including the dominant “grey” hydrogen https://www.reuters.com/business/cop/hydrogens-many-colours-2021-11-18 that relies on natural gas.

But high gas prices due to strong demand and lower stocks have driven up the cost of making the carbon-emitting version, meaning the cleaner technology can start to compete, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said at an event in Brussels.

The cost of emitting carbon under the EU’s trading system has also hit record highs, further increasing the cost of emissions-heavy fuels and providing an incentive to move away from them, potentially allowing production of green hydrogen to reach the scale that becomes more economic.

“Because of the current rise in gas prices that we see, green hydrogen today can even be cheaper than grey hydrogen,” von der Leyen told an event in Brussels.

SWITCH Maritime Completes First-Ever Hydrogen Fueling of Maritime Vessel in US

BELLINGHAM, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SWITCH Maritime is pleased to announce the world’s first hydrogen fueling of a commercial marine vessel was successfully completed on November 18th at All American Marine shipyard, and the vessel is now beginning its final sea trials before delivery. The event is monumental step towards decarbonization of the worldwide shipping industry and showcases the United States’ energy transition away from fossil fuels.

The new 75-passenger ferry, called the Sea Change, received hydrogen into its 242 kg tanks on the upper deck. It uses that hydrogen in fuel cells producing electricity to power electric motors for distances up to 300 nautical miles, and speeds up to 20 knots – similar capabilities as diesel-powered vessels – with the added benefits of zero exhaust smoke or other emissions and very little vibration and noise.

The fuel loaded in the vessel’s tanks includes green hydrogen, produced in California by an electrolyzer powered with renewable solar power, which results in zero carbon emissions in the production of the fuel as well.

“While it’s taken us years to get to this point, the timing couldn’t be better,” says Pace Ralli, CEO of SWITCH Maritime. “In this moment, our nation is more committed than ever to making the transition to a carbon-free economy. Hydrogen will play a major role in that future, and major players in the maritime industry are ready to decarbonize. The fueling follows the regulatory approval in October by the United States Coast Guard (USCG) of the hydrogen powertrain and storage systems onboard the Sea Change, representing the culmination of years of cooperation with the USCG focused on safely integrating hydrogen power and storage systems on passenger vessels. The achievement of this significant milestone unlocks the possibility of many future deployments of similar hydrogen power systems on all vessel types – including ocean-going containerships.

Zero Emission Industries (ZEI), formerly Golden Gate Zero Emission Marine, is responsible for the design and development of the first-of-its-kind maritime hydrogen and fuel cell system as well as the vessel’s unique fueling system that allows it to be fueled directly from a hydrogen truck, and was responsible for the successful regulatory approvals of all hydrogen-related aspects onboard. ZEI is a cutting-edge hydrogen technology company that develops and sells turnkey hydrogen power systems, advanced fuel cell balance of plant sub-systems, fueling systems, and proprietary safety systems for a range of applications.

For the fueling during sea trials, SWITCH has engaged West Coast Clean Fuels (WCCF) to develop and permit the end-to-end clean fuel supply chains that will deliver hydrogen to the Sea Change, as well as BayoTech, for high-pressure gaseous hydrogen delivery to Sea Change during sea trials in Washington using transport trailer-to-ship transfer.

SWITCH’s vision is to achieve a fully zero-carbon fueling supply chain of green hydrogen, which is currently in short supply in the US. Building more and larger vessels that demand large volumes of hydrogen offtake will increase green hydrogen production volumes, and drive the cost of hydrogen lower than diesel, further advancing the rollout of hydrogen-fueled fleets.

About the Sea Change

The Sea Change project is managed and financed by SWITCH Maritime, an impact investment firm building the first fleet of exclusively zero-carbon maritime vessels for adoption by existing ship owners and operators. It is the first of the larger zero-carbon ferry fleet that SWITCH plans to construct in 2022, in partnership with municipalities and shipowners aiming to transition to carbon-free vessels, leveraging government grant funds related to transportation decarbonization activities targeted by the landmark US infrastructure bill.

Launched in August at All American Marine shipyard in Bellingham, Washington, the Sea Change is a 70-foot catamaran ferry designed by Incat Crowther, equipped with a hydrogen fuel cell system from ZEI, which includes 360kW of fuel cells from Cummins and 242kg of hydrogen storage tanks from Hexagon Purus, and a 600kW electric propulsion system from BAE Systems which includes 100kWh of lithium-ion battery storage from XALT. The construction management was led by the Hornblower Group. Having successfully performed the first hydrogen fueling, the Sea Change is now performing final operational sea trials prior to delivery from the shipyard and before starting operations in the California Bay Area in Q1 2022.

The project is also partially funded by a $3 million grant from the California Air Resources Board (CARB), administered by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD), that comes from the California Climate Investments initiative, a California statewide program that puts billions of cap-and-trade dollars to work reducing greenhouse gas emissions, strengthening the economy, and improving public health and the environment—particularly in disadvantaged communities.

Additionally, the project received the first ever loan guarantee under BAAQMD’s Climate Tech Finance program, which seeks to reduce greenhouse gases by accelerating emerging climate technologies. In partnership with the California Infrastructure Economic Development Bank and the Northern California Financial Development Corporation (NorCal FDC), the Climate Tech Finance team led a technology qualification and greenhouse gas analysis that deemed SWITCH eligible for a loan guarantee. This loan guarantee supported SWITCH in securing a $5 million construction and term loan with KeyBank, which enables SWITCH to bring this important project to completion.

Hexagon Composites (Alesund, Norway), a leader in Type IV tank production for storage of compressed natural gas (CNG) and hydrogen gas (H2), spun off Hexagon Purus in January to focus on zero-emission H2 and battery electric systems and storage. It estimates a 630% increase in tank revenues from 2025 to 2030. In June 2021, Hexagon Purus announced it would establish a new subsidiary, Hexagon Purus Maritime. Though Hexagon has been involved in maritime hydrogen programs for some years, “we are now seeing that the maritime requests and activities for hydrogen are rising quickly,” explains Jørn Helge Dahl, sales and marketing director at Hexagon Purus. “Hexagon Purus Maritime will develop onboard storage systems, from the shipside fuel line feeding into the storage and from the storage down to the fuel cell. We think composites are the ideal storage solution for maritime applications, due to the harsh environment, including corrosion.”

Dahl believes the maritime industry will see rapid change in the middle of the decade, with an increased number of projects going live as 2030 approaches. This is driven, he explains, by the targets set by the International Maritime Organization (IMO, London, U.K.) that all new builds and existing ships must cut CO2 emission compared to the 2008 baseline by 40% in 2030 and 70% in 2050. “In addition, we see actions rising from local jurisdictions,” says Dahl. “For example, there are some World Heritage fjords in Norway requiring zero emissions by 2026. This will exclude the big cruise ships; so, they will have to develop smaller vessels to take people into the fjords. We will see more of these kinds of restrictions in dense river transport areas in Europe. Especially with the UN climate report coming out [recently], I think we have just seen the start, and much more will come in terms of regulations.”

Selvsagt early days, men denne infoen om at joint venturene til CIMC Enric og Hexagon Purus er produsent No1 av komplette hydrogensystemer til det kinesiske markedet, demper iallefall ikke min optimisme når man her samtidig også kan lese om dimensjonene på kinesiske myndigheters satsing på hydrogen (fra deres seneste fremlagte 5 årsplan). Det skader jo heller ikke at også resten av Sør-Øst Asia er nedslagsfelt for forretningsvirksomheten i joint venturene til CIMC Enric og Hexagon Purus. :)

Dag til dag trading på Oslo Børs foregår selvsagt helt utenfor min kontroll, men mine Purus-aksjer bys definitivt ikke frem for salg på dagens aksjekurser, for å si det sånn. Da er risikoen for at de formerer seg ytterligere der de er større. ;)

De av oss som ser nyheter på norsk TV, kan jo dessuten heller knapt unngå å bli vitner til hvordan næringsminister Vestre nå om dagen 'tar helt av' når det gjelder norske myndigheters vilje til å satse på hydrogen. Vanskelig å tenke seg annet enn at en slik satsing vil komme den globale markedslederen innen lagring og transport av hydrogen Hexagon Purus til gode. :)

Ingenting er selvfølgelig sikkert, men Purus er substans, saftig, kraftfull vekst og alt annet enn luftige ideer så tipper det ikke går veldig lenge til den som nå får kjøpt Purus aksjer helt nede på 25-tallet, et par kroner under emisjonskursen ved børsintro i desember 2020 og med en oppside på mer enn 200% til ATH tidlig i 2021, sitter på en veldig fin skrytehistorie man kan dra.

Litt info om Urs Laeuppi, CEO i Hexagon Purus China & Southeast Asia. Har jobbet 7 år i Daimler, Kina, i forskjellige lederstillinger, før han tok toppjobben i Purus som CEO China & Southeast Asia. Purus har Daimler i sin kundeportefølje. Urs har, i tillegg til å bekle lederstillingene i Daimler, også vært styreleder i et samarbeidsprosjekt mellom Daimler og et kinesisk universitet. Prosjektet dreier seg om bærekraftig tungtransport

Å følge Purus i China & Southeast Asia, tror jeg blir veldig gøy fremover, enkelt og greit. Ikke minst fordi Kina satser saftig på hydrogen i den ferske femårsplanen og fordi Purus er global markedsleder.

Manufacturers saw the recent China International Import Expo as a platform for introducing the latest low-carbon technologies, products and services, which enables downstream companies to become greener and promotes carbon neutrality, according to industry experts.

He said that the lower weight, longer life cycle and lower costs associated with Type 4 cylinders are considered to be a game-changer for the mass adoption of fuel cell electric vehicles, or FCEVs, and hydrogen distribution trailers.

China has been stepping up investments in hydrogen energy with central and local government policy guidance to explore the hydrogen industry.

The nation plans to have 1 million FCEVs in operation by 2035, which will create enormous opportunities for enterprises involved in this sector.

Vestre, Huidfeldt, Mjøs Persen og Kronprinsen reiser denne uken til USA med grønt norsk i kofferten og besøker både stats- og pengemakt.

Nord-Amerika er sammen med EU Hexagon Groups desidert viktigste marked. Både Hexagon Purus og morselskapet Hexagon Composites (som eier mer enn 70% av aksjene i Purus) bygger for tiden ut og utvider produksjonskapasiteten i sine virksomheter i Nord-Amerika (såvel i USA som i Canada), for å møte den økende etterspørselen etter selskapenes globalt markedsledende produkter.

Grønn omstilling er øverst på agendaen når næringsminister Jan Christian Vestre møter næringslivet og har politiske samtaler i New York og Washington D.C. denne uken.

– USA og Norge har et langt og solid forhold, og nå vil vi forene krefter for å nå de globale klimamålene. Selv om Norge er et lite land, har vi verdensledende teknologi og kompetanse å bidra med, sier næringsminister Jan Christian Vestre.

Denne uken reiser han til New York og Washington for å ledsage kronprinsen, sammen med utenriksministeren og olje- og energiministeren. På agendaen står møter med norsk næringsliv med virksomhet i USA, og politiske møter om hvordan næringslivssamarbeidet kan brukes for å nå klimamålene.

– Grønn omstilling er blant de viktigste sakene til både Biden-administrasjonen og regjeringen. For å få det til er næringslivssamarbeid helt avgjørende, vi løser ikke klimakrisen alene sier Vestre.

Skal møte Nancy Pelosi

På møteplanen står samtaler med kongressmedlemmene Suzan DelBene og Rick Larson, senator Sheldon Whitehouse og Demokratenes leder i Representantenes hus, Nancy Pelosi.

– Norsk næringsliv har teknologi og løsninger på flere av de utfordringene USA og Norge samarbeider for å løse. Vi er ledende innen offshoreteknologi, og dermed langt fremme når det gjelder utvikling av havvind-, batteri- og hydrogensatsinger. Norge er sen aktiv og konstruktiv partner for USA for bærekraftig omstilling og teknologiske løsninger på klimautfordringene, sier næringsministeren.

Flere grønne jobber i Norge og USA

Næringsministeren skal blant annet delta på åpningen av de nye kontorene til DNB. I New York skal han se det planlagte havneområdet til Equinor hvor utstyr til vindturbinparkene skal settes sammen. Disse skal etter planen levere strøm til 1,6 millioner husstander i New York.

Han skal også på et seminar om finansiering av det grønne skiftet på New York Stock Exchange som er verdens største kapitalmarked. I Washington DC deltar han på et næringspolitisk seminar om grønn vekst og forsterket norsk-amerikansk samarbeid i overgang til nullutslippssamfunn.

– USA investerer milliarder i Norge hvert år og er også et et svært viktig marked for norske investeringer. Jeg er opptatt av å posisjonere norsk næringsliv for bærekraftige investeringer, og for den verdensomspennende satsingen på grønn omstilling, hvor bærekraftige investeringer er en forutsetning for å lykkes, sier Vestre.

Han har satt i gang et arbeid med å identifisere områder hvor de næringssamarbeidet med USA kan styrkes.

– Et godt forhold til USA er av stor betydning for Norge, og særlig for å nå våre mål om å skape flere jobber, styrke fastlandsinvesteringene, øke fastlandseksporten og kutte klimagassutslippene. På tross av at de, som jeg pleier å si, har havnet i en gedigen fiskedam, så renner det lite penger inn i kassen til HPUR. Mye luft og lite ull. Å kjøpe seg økt omsetning, når balansen ikke er god nok, er helt i tråd med hva de alltid har gjort: Brenne av ufattelige summer, samt løpe etter realitetene. Det er ikke før nå i disse dager at de ansetter folk som skal generere noe om flere år i marin sektor, og det er rimelig sent. Det betyr at det fortsatt er et gedigent hull i pengepungen, og selskapet prises deretter. Ansvaret for kaoset ligger helt og holdent hos ledelsen.
Jeg er ikke optimist mht. Q4 tallene. Muligens at sirup fra Ålesund er stivfrosset, og ikke blir så nogenlunde flyttende før en gang sent neste år.
Frustrerende at hele HEX familien antagelig går mot det største underskuddet ( sterk negativ p/e), i selskapets historie. Det må denne gangen få dramatiske konsekvenser for ledelsen og styret.

Ikke rart både Composites og Purus i disse dager investerer tungt i pågående utbygging av sine nord-amerikanske virksomheter med henblikk på å øke produksjonskapasiten, for å kunne betjene sterkt økende etterspørsel etter selskapenes produkter.

The US government will be a net zero contributor to the climate crisis by 2050 by slashing the planet-heating emissions from its operations and transitioning to an all-electric fleet of cars and trucks, according to a new executive order signed by Joe Biden.

The federal government is the largest land owner, energy consumer and employer in the US and it will “lead by example in tackling the climate crisis”, the White House said, by eliminating greenhouse gases from its activities.

Under the order signed by Biden on Wednesday, the government will cut its emissions by 65% by the end of this decade, before reaching carbon neutrality by 2050.

CEO i Purus Morten Holum sa, under Q3 presentasjonen i oktober, at det ikke bare er de, men også kolleger i andre selskap som nå opplever så stor aktivitet og etterspørsel at det allerede synes helt klart at hydrogen kommer til å spille en viktig rolle i avkarboniseringen av kloden.

Med den uttalelsen friskt i minnet, er det gøy å lese artikler som denne, fra Daily Express. Dette er moro. Dette er veldig spennende.

Ja, det er ikke noe i veien med fiskedammen. Det var hovedgrunnen at jeg kjøpte meg inn i HEX i sin tid. Men der forspiste jeg meg.
Det er nå totaltørke i kontrakter i en tid hvor forventninger om at de får ut fingeren var høye. Så jeg mener at de nå ligger betydelig etter skjema, og at de har mer fokus på hva de skal servere til Jul til gjestene, enn HEX familiens fremtid. EN kontrakt på 300, smurt utover flere år, er det eneste de kan sette i ordrebøkene. Ellers er det totaltørke. Ser dere ikke avstanden mellom de enorme muligheter de har og en total mangel på å lykkes?
Jeg er 110% sikker på at jeg kunne ha gjort jobben bedre en Engeset og venner til halve prisen. ( Kan faktisk skryte av veldig høy måloppnåelse i de jobbene jeg har hatt). Når skryt akselerer i forkant av tallene, så må alarmklokkene slå inn.
Om noen timer så åpner nok Oslo noe opp, men min tiltro til HEX er elendig. Hvordan går det an å ikke tjene penger, og ikke ha følere ute i det hele tatt? Halver lønna, og kutt ut disse idiotiske opsjonsprogrammer, slik at de må prestere før de raner HEX!
Har mer og mer tro på at både ledelse og styret solgte seg betydelig ned, fordi resultatet ( som vanlig) er under konsensus. Nesten like ille enn det regjeringen driver med om dagen. Å lyve uten å blunke har blitt stuerent. Selg hele driten til de som kan dette med å tjene penger!
Begge selskaper i full fart mot bunnnoteringer, mens alle andre aksjer går som en kule. De ville ha tjent mer på salg av lutefisk! Få inn profesjonelle folk, så fort som f. Frustrerende og below all levels. Om der er snakk om overbetalte pamper i Norge må jo disse toppe lista.
Holder det med 1,40 i tap iår per aksje? Neppe! Ligner mer og mer på en grønn PGS! Alt håp er ikke ute, men det er nå kun håp. Det burde være stabile nettomarginer på 10-12%. Trodde ikke at ledelsen var SÅ elendig, men kan kun takke meg selv; lot meg lede av mulighetene og markedet. Tenkte ikke på at ledelsen rett og slett driter i aksjonærer og tenker kun på seg selv, og ikke HEX en gang.
Muligens må jeg bare drite i de, og satse på selskaper som drives profesjonelt.
Skikkelig ukultur i Norge hvor du kan lyve så mye du vil uten konsekvenser. Men slik må det kanskje bli når såkalte sosialister driver fascistisk og kapitalanarkistisk politikk?

Det må da være det selskapet på Oslo Børs Casino, som har de aller største muligheter, med den desidert dårligste ledelsen ( og styret). Vanvittig å tape mer enn noensinne, mens de BURDE ha generert gedigne overskudd. Da hjelper det ikke på troverdigheten at både ledelse og styre KUN er opptatt av egne bankkonti. Kvalmende og typisk norsk
Må nok vurdere om jeg gidder å utsette meg enda mer for en bukken og havresekk gjeng som bare lyver, og ikke eier evner for å få selskapet over i neste fase. De er fjærvekt i tungvektklassen

I dette innlegget fremmes det påstander som helt klart fremstår som injurierende hvis de ikke blir dokumentert/kan dokumenteres.

Personlig er jeg som aksjonær i begge Hexagon Group selskapene meget godt fornøyd med jobbene ledelse og styre gjør, i såvel Composites som Purus.

Begge selskapene har hittil i 2021 levert i overkant av hva man guidet ved årets begynnelse, til tross for sterke 'headwinds' i form av generelle makro forsyningsproblemer utenfor selskapenes kontroll (halvlledere m.m) som rammer en rekke bransjer, og sterkt økende råvarepriser. Man bør dessuten merke seg at tunge nord-amerikanske investeringsbanker har kjøpt seg kraftig opp i Composites (som eier mer enn 70% av aksjene i Purus) i 2.halvår 2021, og at Topp 20 i Purus sitter på ca. 93% av aksjene så her 'herjes det med kursen' på børsen med et fint lite antall aksjer.

I desember 2011 lå kursen for Hex aksjen rundt Kr.2,50 I dag er selskapet et helt annet, som bygges opp år for år og som gjør klart for masseproduksjon når den tid kommer.
Ledelsen har etter mitt syn gjort en formidabel jobb for å legge til rette for god inntjening innen rimelig tid.
Begynner å bli dritt lei av sytingen om hvor dårlig ledelsen er.
Selskapet har vel sagt at Hpur ikke ville gå break even før 2023.
