Argentina MMO field re-opening
Plans in Argentina involve the complete re-opening of the remaining 19 oil wells at the MMO field. Interoil expects to reach a total daily production estimated at around 230 bopd (from the current 17 bopd) once all wells are re-opened, including the 120 bopd resulting from the intervention of the first 15 wells in partnership with Velitec SA.
The investment will be carried by Interoil. Under the JV agreement, Petrominera Chubut SE (“Petrominera”), a minority JV partner that is the Provincial Government’s oil and gas and mining company, is not required to make cash contributions for the proposed investment. Funding by Interoil of such portion of the investment shall be repaid with the future net oil operating income (oil sales after royalties and lifting costs) corresponding to Petrominera’s participating interest that shall be allocated to reimburse Interoil until Petrominera’s share in the investment program is fully covered. Once investment pay-out is reached, then the net oil operating income will be split as per equity interest, with 80% share to Interoil.

How do you restart an oil well?
To restart production, it is necessary to bring a new rig, drill the cement plug, and pump the sludge blocking the well head. The hope is that oil will start to flow again

first, environmental approval is needed , they are working on it..as always. We have to wait.

Ja da i god IOX ånd 😅 De skulle visstnok bruke noen spesielle kjemikalier i forbindelse med å løse opp noe ! Så da må de sikkert ha godkjenning til å bruke det

Kanskje det er dette arbeidet de må ha miljøgodkjenning for å bruke ? Nedenfor sakset ut fra oktober prod.rapp:
«In Mata Magallanes Oeste (MMO), besides Covid-19 restrictions delaying the specialist’s arrival to the operations, environmental remedial actions are in place in MMO-27 to remove around 200 cubic meters of top-soil affected with an oil spray of around 20 litres.»

Fra 17 bopd til 120 bopd når MMO workover/reåpning av brønnene er ferdig. Det monner det også😃

I think, they have already done the cleanup job, if i am not wrong, later report mentioned about this.. hope almost get through that stage now. This is one of positive side to see in q4 report or next month production report.. LLA47& Altair only IOX management know:).. they have license for lot more well to drill, may be cash flow will be based proven resource of LLA47 & Altair:)

The IOX share is cheap😁 and the oil price is stable/high🤗

It might be wise to buy some more shares today😁

Ja håper at aksjen får en fin og positiv reaksjon på torsdag. Kjøpt noen T til i dag🦟🐝🐝

Men er du med på, at hvis iox bore,lad os sige 20 nye brønde,og træf på ca 15.så kommer der ikke til at ske en kæft på kursen, hvis den ulovlige handel for lov at foresætte.men så kan det jo være der er nogle der vil hjælpe med at skrive til oslobørs om dette problem.

Carsten: Der var du nu igjen 😀. Jeg har ihvertfall handlet helt lovlig i dag 😊 Om, hvis og dersom vi har en virkelighet at IOX treffer på 15 borede brønner og kursen fortsatt ligger rundt ei krone, da skal jeg være med å finne ut av hva som er problemet. Vi får starte først med et par tre brønner 😀
