People must be blind if they don't see the great potential in investing in the DOF ? Basically there are two possibilities here, the DOF goes bankrupt which is exceedingly unlikely as we are getting closer to Q4 and No2 possibility is the market has been steadily rising for demand in Oil/Gas services which in turn gives more contracts and therefore dropping the credit level to acceptable/comfortable margin......So, a no brainer :)
