På Olive Energy sin egen nettside, definerer de seg selv som et selskap som fasiliteter og legger til rette for E&P prosjekt på vegne av sine klienter. Basert på den informasjonen som er tilgjengelig i dag, er det rimelig å anta at klientene deres mtp TLP er Zenith og SNPC. Jeg har ikke funnet noe sted at Olive er eiere av noe felt, og antar derfor at de er et oljeservice selskap med mulighet til å fungere som operatør. Tror valg av operatør er viktig for myndighetene i Kongo slik at mest mulig av inntektene føres tilbake til lokalbefolkningen.

Konklusionen må jo være at fader AC må snart komme ud af busken for at redde noget af den smule troværdig der må være tilbage, sørgeligt at se kurs udviklingen især efter de 2 meldinger i starten af Januar

Som jeg og skreiv i går, tror jeg markedet tolket dette feil, og at dette til slutt koker ned til at vi nå har tlpa2 i boks på samme ffordeling Viking skriver.
Disse olive også, virker til at de ikke driver produksjon men heller driver med service aktivitetene. Geo/drilling etc.
AC har også via flere andre ic og RNS vært tydelig på at de vil bruke mest mulig "lokale" selskaper til netopp denne aktivitet

Hittil ikke noe volum av betydning. Personlig synes jeg det ser greit ut i dag, siden ingen eksisterende aksjonærer åpnet børsdagen med å lempe ut millioner av aksjer. Dersom de som dumpet i går ser seg tilbake, vil jeg tro de sier seg enige i at beslutningen deres var prematur.

40 mill aksjer omsatt idag, kanskje AC sine som han kjøpte for ett år siden he-he..Han har iallefall en snittkurs på sine x-antall millioner aksjer langt over dagens kurs. Anser dagens fall som litt panikk, litt feiltolking og at mange rett og slett har gått lei. Personlig er jeg forsiktig med å gape over for mye, risikoen er veldig høy, men jeg valgte likevel å fylle på med 50K til. Ikke rare greiene, men totalt sett har jeg nok aksjer for min del når man tenker på risikoen.

Rhetorically, If you knew the final outcome, would you be bothered... I guess it's not always optimal that the company's largest shareholder is an insider, and therefore no larger shareholders require the company to clarify today's confusion since they already have sufficient information. However, if the stock continues to lose its value in the market, it would be considered fair to the market to issue a "still on track" press release.
I don't understand why company not come with RNS to clarify this news but just one tweet from Tunisia showing zenith doesn't care about this news. This is not good way to communicate with shareholders after many things run here by rumors including Yemen oil ministry PSA report.

Dersom eierne av et oljefelt ikke har forutsetningene til å påta seg operatør ansvar, må de likefult legge pengene på bordet og leie inn et uavhengig selskap med nødvendig kompetanse/erfaring som kan stå som operatør. I tilfelle Zenith er majoritetseier burde de ha mandat til å velge hvilke selskap de vil benytte som operatør. Men dette er jo Afrika, så det er ikke godt å vite hvordan disse avtalene blir forhandlet frem. Om en tillater seg å spekulere, kan jo valg av operatør være et krav fra myndighetene og en del av forhandlingene for å sikre at mest mulig av inntektene går tilbake til Kongo. Videre utvikling av TLP krever kapital, og det kan like gjerne komme fra Zenith som noe annet utenlandsk selskap. PT er jeg overvekt på at Zenith fortsatt er med videre i Kongo.

Agree, this has also been my impression that Zenith was supposed to be the main stakeholder for TLP. However, I must admit that I haven't seen any previous information/discussions regarding which company would be the operator for the TLP, and I subconsciously believed that Zenith would be preferred as the operator since they are the major stakeholder. However, the sequence of unveiling TLP news might be considered somehow strange, if this is the case. Anyhow, an update will be disclosed very soon, positive or not. Even if Zenith is still in the loop, it might be an idea to provide the market with a press release stating that Zenith is still on the table for TLP, to avoid unnecessary dumping of the stock based on vague and incomplete information.

Zenith har ikke vært i stand økonomisk/tekniks to å vareta funksjonen som operatør på et felt som TLP. Den valgte operatøren har erfaring i nærområdet å lang erfaring å ikke minst det nødvendig utstyr til rollen. Håper blot Zena stadig er med, å ikke blir for mye utvannet.
