Zenith burde kastet kortene i Congo tidligere ...

If I overlook my status in my stock zenith account 😒, to be honest it is relief that we get over Tilapia beach so we can move forward.
Let them have Olive, who gives a sh... and I didn't know that Olives can produce oil. 😂😂😂
They must've think that they win a bit in oliven field.😮😮😮🤔🤔🤔🤭🤭.

I think that on this occasion AGEOS is incorrect. Again, here is a copy of a post that I have just put on the London forum:
If you look at the website for FracGeo (https://www.fracgeo.com/contact.php) then the French address of the company is : 2 Avenue Pierre Angot Technopole Helioparc 64000 Pau
and the US address of the company is: 719 Sawdust Rd #321, Spring, Texas 77380
If you look at the Olive Energy website (https://olive-energy.com/contact.php) then the French address of the company is: 2 Avenue Pierre Angot Technopole Helioparc 64000. and the US address of the company is: 719 Sawdust Rd, Ste 320 The Woodlands, TX 77380, USA.
FracGeo and Olive Energy are clearly the same entity.
It does not make any difference to Zenith's current situation but I do believe that on this occasion AGEOS is wrong. It would not have mattered what Zenith did or who Zenith got involved on their behalf. The decision to grant the license to Olive Energy was clearly taken for political and nationalistic reasons as opposed to any question of Zenith's competence.

This is a copy of a post that I put on the UK forum earlier today.
Today’s drop seems a little overdone to me.
At the moment the market cap of the company is only £12 million and we have US$14 million being generated in net revenue from Italy and Tunisa on an annual basis. Put simply, the markets had not priced in Tilapia to the company’s market cap and so to have a 10% reduction when the license falls through seems like an over-reaction. However, as we all know, the markets always over-react to news, whether good or bad and so I think that the share price will recover very quickly over the coming days.
It is obviously disappointing that the Tilapia license has been granted to somebody else and it clearly would have been more beneficial for Zenith to have been granted the license than not to be. However, there are clearly some very major issues posed to working in Congo as has been demonstrated by the fact that the license has taken so long to be granted to anybody and also that the Congolese Ministry of Hydrocarbons have acted so unprofessionally at the end of the process.
For them to publicly announce that the license had been given to Olive Energy without even bothering to formally inform Zenith shows that corruption permeates the government from top to bottom. When you add in the fact that the former Director of Hydrocarbons was an out and out anti-white racist and that the Olive Energy website contains slogans such as: “by Africans for Africans” and “Preparing the next generation free from colonial thinking” then it is clear that neither Zenith, nor any other European company are welcome in that country. They are happy to take European money but they now appear to want to keep their assets for themselves. This is fair enough if they are honest about it but it is underhand to pretend one thing and then do something else.
On the plus side, the deal is not a total loss for Zenith. The Congolese still owe $5.3 million plus interest to the company for the debt that was owed to AAOG and it should not be difficult to find a court that will enforce this legally binding debt. Now that the license is off the table there is no need for the company to play nice with them any more and the appointment of legal counsel on this is to be welcomed. Alongside the legal case against the SMP this means that the company could receive $15 million from the Congolese experiment and that would be a significant return on an initial £200k investment.
Once we get one of the other two major asset deals over the line then Congo will be just a distant memory. The company needs to be working on these 24-7 at the moment.

AGEOS uk forum;
Doubts regarding ZEN's negotiating position in Congo [Brazzaville] first appeared in my estimation in early 2022 when, as I posted on 06.02.2022, it became apparent that the MKB Fields which had previously been the potential “second, third and possible fourth” acquisitions which AC had referred to on several occasions, and which I had reported on throughout 2021, had been conceded to Trident OGX with the probable involvement also of Orion Energy.
Significantly, Trident OGX had employed the services of Houston based FracGeo in its MKB assessment, FracGeo being the geo-tech service provider to Olive Energy E & P which as we now know has won the Tilapia II operator licence.
There is a great deal more background information I could add but which I will simply summarise as being indicative of failure by AC and the BOD in understanding what was necessary to achieve a successful conclusion to negotiations for the Tilapia II concession and for other opportunities in the country. Those who resort to claims that ZEN is “well out of it” are clearly clueless as to the potential now lost. The Council of Ministers Report from which I posted details of the Tilapia II award yesterday [now removed from this BB I see] included details of awards to ENI, TOTAL and WING WAH Petrochem [460+ wells to date], three major international O & G operators, and there have been similar developmental and operational concessions awarded in recent years to Perenco, Hemla E & P, Africa O & G, Petro Congo, Orion, and others, all of which reflects the potential seen by others in the industry. The sub-salt Vandji play on which I posted recently was a substantial potential addition to the Tilapia resource, also now lost.
For ZEN to have been owed US$5.3m by SNPC, via its subsidiary AAOGC, and to have failed to negotiate award of the Tilapia II licence, with that as a bargaining chip, does not reflect well on management. The Azerbaijan venture failed through insufficient understanding of the geo-technical challenges inherent in a tectonically dynamic mature field. This current failure probably owes much to a related cause, inability to enlist third party expertise necessary in exploiting technically challenging mature fields. If Trident OGX, FracGeo and Orion could do it for the MKB Fields and FracGeo with Olive Energy do likewise in convincing SONAREP [research & operational arm of SNPC] of their competence, why did ZEN fail.

mcap ca 140 blir for dumt faktisk.
