Jeg tenker det er helt avhengig av om dette er en aksje mange fortsatt kommer til å følge med på, eller bare hoppe seg på bølgen, ta en rask gevinst og glemme den.

Uansett, så ser jeg for meg denne ligge på en til flere titalls kurs denne måten tiden neste år. Ser ut til at de endelig tjener penger, samtidig som de har vokst betraktelig.

Etter kraftige oppganger de siste årene har 2024 startet svakt på Oslo Børs. Så langt har hovedindeksen falt med 1,7 prosent, etter at nyttårsrakettene ble sendt, med samtidig er det ett selskap som skiller seg ut.

Aqua Bio Technology er årets suverene børsvinner med en oppgang så langt på hele 50,88 prosent. Selskapet som driver innen hudpleie- og velværesektoren har gjort et kraftig byks, etter at de før jul meldte at de kjøper Coverbrands, som er en av de største distributørene i Norge.

Med seg på laget kom også danske Jesper Brandt, som grunnla Normal-kjeden, og for kort tid siden meddelte selskapet en markedsoppdatering, der omsetningen for 2024 ble estimert til 150 millioner kroner, en markant økning fra 20 millioner for hele 2023.

– Vår strategi om å konsolidere den sterkt fragmenterte hudpleiebransjen begynner å bære frukter. I 2021 hadde vi en omsetning på 1,9 millioner, 2022 endte på 7,1 millioner og 2023 ble rundt 20 millioner. I år tror vi imidlertid på en omsetning i området 150 millioner kroner. Med oppkjøpene av Cosmed Beauty, Skinteam og Coverbrands tror vi på at 2024 blir et godt år for Aqua Bio Technologys aksjonærer. Med et stadig bedre fotfeste i Norden vil vi etterhvert se ut mot Europa, sier konsernsjef Håvard Lindstrøm til Nettavisen.


Etter Aqua Bio Technology etterfølges pallen over selskaper med kraftigst oppgang hittil i år av M. Vest Water, som har steget med 31,03 prosent, og Lytix Biopharma, som har steget med pene 30,66 prosent.

Av de 336 selskapene som er notert på Oslo Børs har 156 selskaper hatt en positiv oppgang, seks er uendret, mens hele 174 selskaper har falt i markedsverdi så langt i år.

Her tipper jeg at det kommer yterligere oppkjøp snart og det blir ikke på lave kurs som det har vært med Skinteam og Coverbrands.
ABTEC er aksjen mann bør ha i portfoljen i 2024.

Jeg tror ABTEC står sterkere i desember 2024. Kanskje til og med på rundt 20-tallet. Med det sagt så er det lenge til neste finansielle rapport, noe jeg tror de fleste synes er mer interessant enn oppkjøp. Det er gode grunner til å tro at de vil tjene penger og har en god forretningsplan, men vi venter fortsatt på konkrete tall som tilsier at dette går veien. Derfor tror jeg ikke vi gjør et permanent hopp før rundt sommertider.

Kan fort komme interessante nyheter her som underbygger guidingen som kom. Hvis ikke vil de fremstå som svindlere og være ferdig.
Jeg kjenner ett par av dem, og de er absolutt ikke slik. Jeg har hvilepuls og er bombe sikker på at dette går meget bra.

Ned på lavt volum og med en gang kjøpperne er tilbake blir en voldsomt opprykk. Topp 50 sitter rolig her og det gjør jeg også!

there are also low entry barriers for new brands and skincare retailers. The
Nordic cosmetic market is fragmented with many skincare retailers and pursuing
consolidation opportunities for further growth may therefore be beneficial for
ABT and its shareholders. ABT has throughout 2023 and into 2024 been contacted
by retailers and distributors within the skincare sector who want to be part of
ABT's consolidation strategy.

Skal en del til for å være tilbake til gamle høyder tror jeg, men det kan skje innen et år. Vi ser at det går opp på nyheter, men så begynner det å synke igjen umiddelbart til neste nyheter. Så markedet er fremdeles skeptisk, slik jeg ser det. Jeg tror vi trenger flere gode rapporter før denne kan stå på egne ben og holde seg uten nyheter. Krysser fingrene for 26. april.

Vi vet at for 2023 consolidated revenue ligger på ca. Nok 20mil. Blir interessant da hva de sier om utsikten til 2024 og ikke minst hva de rapporterer for Q1 den 15.05.

and affiliated companies, together a potential major wholesale
group in the Nordics

Aqua Bio T echnology ("ABT" or the "Company" and together with its wholly owned subsidiaries, the "ABT Group") has
today, on 25 April 2024, entered into an agreement (the "Agreement") with CoC Invest AS ("CoC Invest") regarding the
Company's acquisition of all of the outstanding shares in the 3D Innovation Nordic AS ("3D"). Pursuant to the Agreement,
the Company shall further acquire all of the outstanding shares in the companies Printprofil AS and Check Please AS (jointly
with 3D, the "Target Group") from CoC Invest in connection with the acquisition of 3D (jointly, the "Acquisitions"). The
T arget Group represents a major wholesale group in the Nordics.
In 2023, the T arget Group had an unaudited turnover of NOK 87.6 million, of which 3D had a turnover of NOK 73 million. The
T arget Group companies are profitable and EBIDTA for the T arget Group in 2023 ended jointly at NOK 5 million.
The completion of the Acquisitions is subject to satisfactory due diligence and approval from ABT's board of directors.
Under the Agreement, the purchase price for the Acquisitions shall be settled in a combination of shares and cash, subject
to certain conditions. NOK 5 million shares in ABT will be issued at a price of NOK 6 per share, with a 3-year lock up. The
cash will be total NOK 15 million, divided into two installments, depending on the T arget Group's financial results. The first
NOK 5 million is triggered by an EBT of NOK 6 million in the T arget Group, the next NOK 10 million when the T arget Group
achieves an EBT of NOK 10 million.
3D is a significant wholesale company with a market-leading sales department. The company, which has its head office and
sales department in Hønefoss, has extensive distribution to all the major retail chains in Norway and pharmacies in Norway
and Sweden, as well as selected customers in Denmark. The company has had considerable success in just a few years and
is at the top of the Gazelle award (Gaselle-bedrift) for 2023.
- In particular, the acquisition of 3D gives ABT access to completely new distribution channels that we do not currently have
access to in both Norway and Sweden. In interaction with ABT's historical operations and the operations in our existing
subsidiaries, this acquisition will provide significant synergies on several levels, says Håvard Lindstrøm, CEO of ABT.
Briefly about the companies
Check Please AS mainly sells cash register rolls and rolls for card terminals in retail chains. The company's founders have
imported and sold cash register rolls/rolls for bank terminals from 2002, since 2014 as Check Please. The company has
industry-leading expertise in this area. The company had an unaudited turnover of NOK 7.6 million in 2023.
Printprofil AS is a company specialized in profiling and gift items, which is connected to New Wave and its thousands of
customers. The company had an unaudited turnover of NOK 7 million in 2023.
Scaling
In addition to significant synergies between ABT's historical and current operations, the acquisition of 3D also ensures that
ABT gets the opportunity to scale its operations out of Norway to a greater extent. As of today, ABT's presence outside
Norway is limited in Sweden, through the ownership of Ultrabody AB.
- We are far from done with Norway, but the acquisitions of 3D, Check Please and Printprofil make ABT ready to move across
national borders when the time is right, says Lindstrøm.
