I have not been following APCL for the last six months,so please fogive me if I have missed something about the Gambia proceedings todate.
Could someone please explain this detail on the tribunal site.

I am confused,the APCL recent update states that Gambia may be resolved by mid 2020.
Why is the tribunal site saying proceedings have been withdrawn on June the 7th.?
Am I missing something here?
