Walking dead Betrayal blir tilgjengelig i år som early Access, spillbar men ikke helt fullført. Samme pris som fullversjonen, bare at fullversjonen har flere baner, flere cosmetics, osv.

Telltale har restartet seg selv for et par år siden, men har fått funding på 8 millioner dollar i år hos skybound/ hiro for å kunne utvikle spillene videre i ro og mak, og ikke stresse ut produktene for å holde seg i livet. Deriblant ble Wold among us utsatt på grunn av disse nyhetene. Spillene som jobbes med er Er the expanse ( I år) og Wolf among us 2(2024) som er på trappene, samt et ikke annonsert prosjekt.

Hvorfor tror du kursen faldet så meget?

Hvorfor tror du at ingen nye store investorer/insider køber op på de her “lave” niveauer?

Hvorfor ledelsen så stille når de var åbne/overskuds agtigt sidste år?

Hvis man ser på regnskabet Q1 i så har den faldet i indtjening fra sidste år.

Det bliver en udfordring at nå deres økonomiske mål i år når de kun har 1 kvartal mere til at få alt indtjening i.

Hva er det som er så fint med denne meldingen? Hele problemet til 5th er nettopp slike intetsigende meldinger. Hva vil dette si for selskapets inntekter?

Det er jo ligegyldigt nyhed. Ingen ved om det bliver en udgift eller indtjening og der er rigtig lange udsigter når det drejer sig om film.

Når de gør noget godt? gør de ikke altid det eller hvad?

Det som er fint med meldingen er at de ikke belager seg på inntekten til selskapet sagafilm, de kan bruke sagafilm til å lage den contenten de ønsker uten å måtte inngå kompromisser med noen andre produksjonsselskaper. De er ikke avhengige av andre i prosessen med å lage tv-versjoner av de ip'ene de ønsker. Og alt av inntekter holder seg i skybound og 5th kontrollerte områder.

Skybound i lag med 5th finansierer prosjekter som sagafilm lager. Skybound/5th vil sitte igjen med inntekter basert på dette. Er prosjektene basert på egne IP så blir inntektene selvfølgelig enda bedre.

COPENHAGEN, September 8, 2023, 5th Planet Games A/S (OAX: 5PG)

Reference is made to the announcement on 11 November 2021 and the announcement
on 7 September 2023. Two capital increases in 5th Planet Games have been
registered with the Danish Business authority.

Sagafilm
Pursuant to the board of directors' authorization set out in section 2.7 of the
articles of association and as part of the Co-Investment Deal in Sagafilm ehf,
5th Planet games has issued 9,537,655 shares in exchange for a contribution in
kind of nominally ISK 4,800,000 shares in Sagafilm ehf, valued at USD 1,600,000.

The capital increase has been registered with the Danish Business Authority.

Skybound
As part of the investment from Skybound Game Studios, Inc. ("Skybound") and as a
result of Skybound's exercise of warrants, the fourth tranche of shares
(50,581,452 shares) has now been issued to Skybound at a price of NOK 0.60968
per share of nominally DKK 0.05 each.
As a result of the capital increase, 5th Planet Games has received approximately
NOK 30,838,500 in proceeds.
The capital increase has been registered with the Danish Business Authority.

New share capital
The total nominal value of 5th Planet Games' share capital after the two above
mentioned capital increase is DKK 13,403,930.00 divided into a total of
268,078,600 shares, each with a nominal value of DKK 0.05.
Following settlement of the share issue, Skybound will hold 56.62% of the
capital and votes in 5th Planet Games A/S.
The new shares are ordinary shares without any special rights and are freely
transferable negotiable instruments. The new shares give rights to dividends and
other rights as of the date of registration of the capital increase with the
Danish Business Authority.

For many, the month of September marks the return to school or work after the
restful days of vacation and summer holidays, but for me, there has been little
time to rest in the recent weeks with so much happening through August and into
September.

August saw 5th Planet Games extend our longstanding association with the team at
"Play'n Go" with the launch of the new online slots game Hugo Legacy in
recognition of the Hugo brand reaching its 30th birthday; Hugo forms part of the
rich heritage of 5th Planet Games and we were delighted to celebrate with him.

For me, August also meant another busy week at Gamescom in Cologne, Germany. The
event pulled a crowd of 320,000 people from over 100 countries (compared to
265,000 last year), and these numbers show just how much a part of our lives
video games have become. I spent most of the week in the trade halls looking at
new games, meeting developers and talking to various supply chain partners; I
left Cologne with some exciting opportunities to pursue over the coming months.

Finally at the very end of August, I was pleased to release an H1 report that,
graphically, better represents the high-quality and exciting IP that we are now
working with and even more importantly presented a profitable business.

Into September and after many months of hard work we were finally able to close
our co-investment deal in Safagilm ehf. Sagafilm is widely recognized as being
one of the leading and longest established production companies in Europe with a
long track record of successful TV and Film output. For 5th Planet Games this
deal represents an outstanding opportunity to diversify into a new and dynamic
market with an outstanding partner.

September also saw the Early Access launch of The Walking Dead: Betrayal, the
new third-person multiplayer action game in the popular social deception genre,
which has been co-financed by 5th Planet Games.

Finally in September we saw our partner Skybound Entertainment complete the
final part of their investment in 5th Planet Games (Tranche 4) and thereby fully
honor the commitments they gave in the investment agreement of September 2021.
It has been a busy few weeks for sure, but there's no sign of the pace
dropping-off as we head into Q4...

We are all looking forward to the release of Invincible Presents: Atom Eve, the
all-new RPG video game being developed by Terrible Posture Games and based on
the award-winning and critically acclaimed series of comic books and adult
animated television series Invincible.

Finally, before the end of the year, I have committed to work on the company
website and have a site that better reflects the dynamic nature of our business,
the profitable growth that we are seeing and the amazing, world-class IP that we
are now working with.

Autumn has now firmly arrived in Northern Europe, and October, for me, has been
a mixture of looking back to share the successes of key partners, and looking
forward to the start of the new year and what lies ahead for 5th Planet Games.

2023 marks the 20th Anniversary for two huge brands of our strategic partner
Skybound, and we joined them in celebrating the global success that they have
achieved with The Walking Dead and Invincible. The Walking Dead has come a long
way since the first comic created by Robert Kirkman and Toby Moore was published
in October 2003; in the intervening years The Walking Dead has gone on to become
one of the most successful and recognizable Entertainment brands in the world,
driving over $10 Billion in revenue across comics, TV, merchandise, apparel,
board games, live events and of course Video Games, a category in which we now
participate.

Invincible was first published as a comic in January 2003 and has been described
as "the best superhero comic book in the universe"; building on its 20 year
history of success as a comic book, the TV show aired for the first time in
March 2021 as many millions of new fans discovered the story of Mark Grayson and
his superhero father, Omni-Man; Invincible dominated the recent New York Comic
Con which ran from Oct 12-15th, and the trailer for Season 2 of the TV show
attracted a staggering 13.1m view in its first 24 hours.

For 5th Planet Games, the opportunity to co-finance new projects based on these
global hits is something that we should never underestimate; we are a
beneficiary of their pedigree, their proven appeal to global audiences and their
ability to successfully deploy across a wide range of media, all of this has
been demonstrated very clearly in the month of October.

As well as this reflection on established successes, and understanding how 5th
Planet Games can continue to benefit from it, I have been busy considering
other, new opportunities for us; this includes not just new product categories
for us to consider, but adding new talent, skills and capabilities to the group
that will allow us to expand our financing and publishing capabilities; I hope
to be able to talk more about all of this very soon and to have new projects to
pursue from next year onwards.

Finally, as we move to the close of the year, I am obviously keen to ensure that
we finish the year with the same enthusiasm and commitment that we started with,
and optimize the results for the business, our partners and our shareholders.

COPENHAGEN - November 23, 2023 - 5th Planet Games A/S (OAX: 5PG) is pleased to
announce that the Q3 report for 2023 has been released today and is showing a
profitable quarter once again, our third in succession...and our most profitable
quarter ever!

EBITDA before special items for the period ending September 30, 2023, was a gain
of DKK 1.6M compared to DKK 0.4M in Q3 2022, an increase of 258% compared to
last year; with our costs remaining extremely low and consistent, this
improvement in EBITDA has been driven directly by the increase in our top-line
revenue.

Key highlights for Q3:

o Revenue for Q3 2023 amounted to DKK 3.5M, an 75% increase from DKK 2.0M in Q3
2022
o Gross profit for Q3 2023 amounted to DKK 3.4M, an 73% increase from DKK 1.9M
in Q3 2022
o EBITDA for Q3 2023 of DKK 1.6M which represents an increase of 258% from Q3
2022!

From a product perspective, the key drivers of the business through this quarter
have been Before Your Eyes which continues to see strong sales across multiple
platforms, Escape Academy which has also performed above expectation, and our
decision to continue to support our back catalogue of mobile games has been
validated as the catalogue continues to deliver ahead of projections. The early
sales on WrestleQuest have been a little below our projections, but we are now
seeing signs of the game responding to new promotions and marketing activity and
we will continue to review its performance through the end of the year.

Apart from the financial results and performance of individual games, there have
been several more notable achievements in Q3:

o Closing our co-investment in Sagafilm ehf
o Receiving the final (Tranche 4) investment from Skybound in relation to the
2021 investment agreement
o The launch of the Hugo Legacy online Casino slots game, celebrating 30 years
of the Hugo IP
o The announcement of our involvement in Invincible Presents: Atom Eve, the
all-new RPG video game

Based on these results and our underlying financials in Q3 2023, the guidance
for 2023 remains the same as announced in our annual report, revenue at a level
of DKK 15-25M and EBITDA at a level of DKK 7-9M for the full year.

turnaround an EBITDA loss in 2021 of over DKK 9m, to an EBITDA profit in 2022 of over DKK 1.6m, and in
doing so, have fully delivered on the updated guidance that was issued in August of 2022 in terms of both
revenue and profit (EBITDA)
Clearly our partnership with Skybound is now having a profound and positive impact on the financial
performance of our business, the access to high quality content, world-class IP and the best game
developments talent in the industry; games such as Before Your Eyes have made a significant contribution to
our business.
Whilst we have been very focused on optimizing all the new and exciting opportunities that came our way in
2022, we have remained equally focused on costs, and running the business in the most cost-effective way
that we can. This focus on cost efficiency will not change as we head into 2023 and beyond.
Our results in 2022 have not been solely contingent on the titles we have secured through our partnership
with Skybound; our back catalogue continues to make a meaningful contribution to our business and our
own IP ‘Hugo’ continues to find new routes to market with several new development and publishing
agreements completed last year. We will continue to manage our back catalogue in a pro-active manner
through 2023 and look for new opportunities for ‘Hugo.’

Happy New Year! I am writing this newsletter at the end of January, full of optimism and enthusiasm for the year ahead and the opportunities that await us.


The video games news site Games Industry.biz recently published some data on the year ending December 2023 and the numbers spoke to the sheer scale and global nature of the video games market. They estimated global revenues driven by video games at $184bn with mobile and console games taking the lion's share of that revenue, the full summary is available to view here https://www.gamesindustry.biz/gamesindustrybiz-presents-the-year-in-number-2023


Whilst at first sight the picture of the market is positive, there were also many challenges in 2023 as economies around the world made the adjustment to new conditions and consumer spending was squeezed. When we look again at the results of 2023, we notice that whilst the market continued to grow it was dominated by the established brands such as Harry Potter, Call of Duty, and Zelda, and by the biggest companies like Tencent, Activision Blizzard and NetEase. As consumers are facing pressure on their household finances, it is no surprise that so many have turned to games and publishers that they recognized. In reality, and despite the positive global revenue numbers, 2023 was a challenging year for many in the games industry and unfortunately it was not a surprise to see so many publishers and developers announcing layoffs towards the end of last year.


Steam has become a critical "proving ground" for virtually all new video games, as a positive response from the Steam audience and successfully generating early revenue can prove to be a foundation for a new game to be considered for further publishing on console formats. However, 2023 saw a record number of new games on Steam with over 14,500 arriving on the platform last year, with all the challenges of visibility and discovery that brings; it was a very tough marketplace to get noticed.


So, a year of growth and global potential, but also a year of challenges; where does all of that leave a company like ours?


o We are a small company, but we have strong partners and access to world-class content. For me this puts us in a great position as we can navigate the shifting global market with fast, nimble feet, but know that we have the capability of really making an impact with the content we bring; this won't always guarantee commercial success (nothing will), but it puts us in a strong competitive position. o We actively look at ways to use our core strengths and capabilities to mitigate the inherent risk of games publishing. This explains why we now address not just mobile, but all viable games platforms, and why we took a take in Sagafilm last year to diversify into new and exciting product categories.


My plans for 2024 are pretty straightforward and they focus on the following:


1. Operating the business profitability. 2. Find the best possible content to bring to market. 3. Strategic opportunities to use our resource to grow our business and mitigate risk.


Finally, I remake my commitment to our investors and shareholders to feedback as openly and transparently as I can on our journey.

COPENHAGEN - November 23, 2023 - 5th Planet Games A/S (OAX: 5PG) is pleased to
announce that the Q3 report for 2023 has been released today and is showing a
profitable quarter once again, our third in succession...and our most profitable
quarter ever!

EBITDA before special items for the period ending September 30, 2023, was a gain
of DKK 1.6M compared to DKK 0.4M in Q3 2022, an increase of 258% compared to
last year; with our costs remaining extremely low and consistent, this
improvement in EBITDA has been driven directly by the increase in our top-line
revenue.

Key highlights for Q3:

o Revenue for Q3 2023 amounted to DKK 3.5M, an 75% increase from DKK 2.0M in Q3
2022
o Gross profit for Q3 2023 amounted to DKK 3.4M, an 73% increase from DKK 1.9M
in Q3 2022
o EBITDA for Q3 2023 of DKK 1.6M which represents an increase of 258% from Q3
2022!

From a product perspective, the key drivers of the business through this quarter
have been Before Your Eyes which continues to see strong sales across multiple
platforms, Escape Academy which has also performed above expectation, and our
decision to continue to support our back catalogue of mobile games has been
validated as the catalogue continues to deliver ahead of projections. The early
sales on WrestleQuest have been a little below our projections, but we are now
seeing signs of the game responding to new promotions and marketing activity and
we will continue to review its performance through the end of the year.

Apart from the financial results and performance of individual games, there have
been several more notable achievements in Q3:

o Closing our co-investment in Sagafilm ehf
o Receiving the final (Tranche 4) investment from Skybound in relation to the
2021 investment agreement
o The launch of the Hugo Legacy online Casino slots game, celebrating 30 years
of the Hugo IP
o The announcement of our involvement in Invincible Presents: Atom Eve, the
all-new RPG video game

Based on these results and our underlying financials in Q3 2023, the guidance
for 2023 remains the same as announced in our annual report, revenue at a level
of DKK 15-25M and EBITDA at a level of DKK 7-9M for the full year.

3-2024 CEO newsletter #5 - Feb24
It seems incredible that we are already coming towards the end of February, it
feels like only a moment ago that we were welcoming the New Year. Life in the
fast-paced world of video games, TV, and film moves at quite a pace, but it is
indeed the end of February and there has been much activity here at 5th Planet
Games.

What has been keeping me busy during the month of February?

Considerable time this month has been spent on finalizing the accounts of 2023
and getting them ready for audit and for publication in the 2023 Annual Report,
which will be released on March 29th. We have a much wider portfolio of products
and partners than ever before and therefore the work of collating the accounts
has grown significantly.
I am incredibly lucky to have an experienced and capable Finance Manager in
Pernille Miller to lead the work in this area; she does an amazing job. At the
same time as closing the 2023 accounts we have been working on our budget for
2024, and again, covering a wider range of products and partners than ever
before.
In addition to the accounts, I have been looking at a range of ways that 5th
Planet can become a more visible and active contributor to the Danish Video
games sector; It is with this in mind that I have had a number of conversations
with Brian Martin Nielsen, who is a part of the workgroup behind the 'soon to
come' Danish association for the sector, I will provide further details on this
in due course.
I have spent quite some time this month looking at other parts of the video
games 'value chain' and seeing if there is a role for 5th Planet in other
formats of video games; I hope to make further announcements specifically on
that in the coming weeks.

Regarding new products and partnerships, we have spent time in recent weeks in
discussion with our friends at Sagafilm in Iceland. You will recall that we
closed a co-investment in their company back in September 2023, and are now
getting a better understanding of the exciting opportunities that they have
lined up for 2024 and beyond. There will be a specific mention of Sagafilm in
our upcoming Annual Report and look out for further announcements from them and
us in the coming weeks and months.

Finally, with the annual Game Developers Conference a few short weeks away in
San Francisco, we are preparing to meet with a number of game developers as we
continue to grow our pipeline of new publishing opportunities.

So that's what we have been doing in recent weeks past, what is coming up as we
look forward?

Well, as I mentioned above, there is a lot of focus right now on completing the
2023 Annual Report and accounts and I look forward to delivering that report at
the end of next month. On a personal note, I am eagerly awaiting the
re-commencement of Invincible Season 2 on March 14th. The show continues to
shine brightly on Amazon Prime Video and is a strategically important brand for
5th Planet Games.

I do not plan to write a newsletter in March as my attention will shift to the
Annual Report and drafting the letter that accompanies that report.
