Norska biometribolaget Idex har mottagit en initial beställning på Idex Pay från en korttillverkare i Asien, som framöver kommer erbjuda biometriska betalkort till sina bankkunder runt om i världen. Det framgår av ett pressmeddelande.

Tillverkaren har en årlig kapacitet om 30 miljoner enheter och de första korten väntas kunna levereras till kunder under Q1 nästa år.

Idex säger inget om storleken på ordern.
