Nei d gjÞr det absolutt ikke. Zwipe er ikke gode nok pÄ pay og lager ikke sine egne kort. Marginene blir for dÄrlige og de blir dessuten utkonkurrert av Idex

Zwipe mulig tenbagger pÄ kort tid? 450 millioner investert i plattformen og 67 mnok i cash, at alt dette er verdsatt til mindre enn 50 mnok er helt absurd.

effort made in developing and certifying
the Zwipe Pay platform, including the
development of solutions for enrolment,
will be equally valuable and a competitive
differentiator in Zwipe Access. The Zwipe
Pay technology forms the foundation of
Zwipe Access technology, and partners
and end customers inform us they gain
confidence using technology subjected
to the rigorous testing required for
certification by Mastercard and Visa in
the payments market. In addition, since
Zwipe Access fully utilizes the hardware
platform of Zwipe Pay, Zwipe Access
cards have a low manufacturing cost
and are very price competitive. Zwipe
will continue to fulfill purchase orders
from already certified Zwipe Pay SCM
customers and will revisit the payment

OSLO, NORWAY â 27 MARCH 2024 - The board of directors of Zwipe AS (the "Company") has, on 25 March 2024, resolved to grant 489,196 Restricted Share Units (each a "RSU") to certain members of the Company's management, making up the formal grant of the RSUs referred to in the Company's annual report for 2023 (the "Annual Report") announced yesterday, on 26 March 2024.
The RSUs vest in three equal installments on each anniversary date from the grant date. Each RSU comprises a conditional right to receive one share after the vesting period. The shares comprised by the RSU program will be issued at nominal value. The right to receive shares is conditional upon the "Performance Condition" stated in the RSU program, the participants retained employment, and subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Annual Report.
The following primary insiders of the Company have been granted and accepted RSUs:
Robert Puskaric, Chief Executive Officer, 293,518 RSUs;
Robert Mueller, Chief Technology Officer, 97,839 RSUs; and
Patrice Meilland, Chief Commercial Officer, 97,839 RSUs.

Blir ikke helt klart for meg. Konkurrerer Zwipe og Idex pÄ access cards? Eller brukee Zwipe, Idex tech i sine kort for access ogsÄ? Dvs. Zwipe bygger et komplett kort, men Idex leverer de biometriske komponentene/systemet?? Kan dere bekrefte?
