announce the below contracts have recently been secured.
EM Solutions secures $19m of new orders
EOS subsidiary, EM Solutions has recently received additional customer orders valued at
$19m, including:
• Follow on orders from a European NATO Navy for an additional 6 King Cobra satellite
communication terminals, worth $10m
• Additional orders for ground radar modules for a mining sector customer
(GroundProbe), worth $5m
• Initial order of 4 Cobra terminals for a new East Asian Navy customer, worth $4m
These orders are expected to support the continued growth of EM Solutions in 2024 and
beyond.
EOS Space Technologies secures a $5m contract
EOS Space Technologies has secured a $5m contract with the ADF Joint Capabilities Division
in Australia to further develop space capabilities. The project is expected to be completed in
2024.

Congratulations to the EOS Defense Systems USA, Inc. team on their success at the recent US Army 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝟰 (𝗣𝗖-𝗖𝟰) 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁.

EOS' #R600 remote weapon station, equipped with a Northrop Grumman M230LF cannon, a coaxial machine gun, and four Javelin missiles, was put to the test on the 𝗔𝗿𝗺𝘆 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 (S-MET) robotic support vehicle. Pairs of Class 1 UAVs from Boresight Pty Ltd were successfully engaged with the 30mm cannon at ranges of more than 300m, along with multiple ground targets.

EOS' unique and ultra-precise RWS paired with a proven, multi-functional robotic vehicle is a viable and cost-effective solution that can address strategic Army priorities in the C-UAS domain and increase lethality for light forces.

💡 The demonstration at Project Convergence highlighted specific capabilities under controlled conditions. Typically, EOS’ RWS can effectively engage targets up to 800m with a 7.62mm machine gun and out to 1200m with a 30x113mm cannon.

EOS showcases advanced C-UAS capabilities at US Army Project Convergence Capstone 4

Huntsville, Alabama-based contractor EOS Defense Systems USA (EOS) participated in the US Army's Project Convergence Capstone 4 (PC-C4) during the period 15 to 20 March at the Army's National Training Center in Fort Irwin, California.

EOS demonstrated the capabilities of an R600 Remote Weapon Station equipped with a Northrop Grumman M230LF cannon, coaxial machine gun, and four Javelin missiles on an Army Small Multipurpose Equipment Transport (S-MET) robotic infantry support vehicle. EOS successfully shot down pairs of Class 1 UAVs at ranges of more than 300m and engaged multiple ground targets with 30mm cannon from this robotic platform. These capabilities paired with four of the premier anti-armor missiles in the world represents a significant increase in firepower available to light forces on a platform that is currently being fielded. The R600 provides both light- and medium-caliber firepower and the added lethality of multiple anti-tank or anti-air missiles, offering a major differentiating capability and addressing a critical need of US and allied forces.

Several experienced industry partners contributed to this success. The C-UAS exercise was conducted against Boresight Aerial Targets’ low-cost UAVs which provided challenging and realistic target sets. The Javelin missile capability is being supported by the Javelin Joint Venture team.

The event was a critical venue for Army senior leaders to assess new technologies needed to ensure the Army's success in future conflicts as well as inform acquisition and force structure decisions. As human-machine integration continues to be a key strategic priority, the demonstration was an important opportunity to evaluate unmanned and remote solutions that provide essential protections to the warfighter. ◼ FY23 saw highest ever revenue ($219m)
◼ Highest ever cash receipts ($326m) and net operating cash flow ($113m)
◼ Focus is now on profitable growth
◼ Several new products launched in 2023 e.g. lightweight R150 RWS, counter-drone solution “Slinger” product
◼ Debt that was taken out during time of crisis is now substantially repaid
◼ Recent $35m placement being used to facilitate growth opportunities
◼ Order Backlog $441m, or $662m if include conditional contracts for Ukraine
