Let's see how Nikola will arrange the coming show. For sure that will be American Style and they'll have lot of visibility in all media. It's possible that they'll announce IPO at the same time. The show can be a ''hydrogen wake up call'' for American investors.

But it's very nice that Nikola has given visibility to NEL in their web pages as well:

''By 2028, Nikola is planning on having more than 700 hydrogen stations across the USA and Canada. Each station is capable of 2,000 to 8,000 kgs of daily hydrogen production. Nikola’s European stations are planned to come online around 2022 and are projected to cover most of the European market by 2030.''

They haven't mentioned the stations for Asia or Australia. But all together that should be far more than 1000 stations from NEL.

That's very impressive and in my opinion that's impressive enough to use it as an important argument for listing NEL in the US stock market. As we have read NEL has lot of initiatives and projects with large scale of applications: P2X, P2H2, maritime, trains, industry, cars etc. Many of these projects are pilots or trials and big money making orders are still missing. At the same time some countries have published hydrogen strategies and hydrogen based projects are popping up here and there. In this situation NEL would need lot of money to be believable and credible partner in world market. They would also need production facilities in Asia (S-Korea?) Therefore US-listing would be a good alternative. It is good to note that NELs competitor Canadian Hydrogenics is listed there already and Air Liquide is investing heavily in US markets.

Let's see what happens but it would be good to see lot of other customers in addition to Nikola. That would reduce the risk as well.
