The reason that the Chinese government is cutting back on state funding and etc in the Solar industry, is because they are gonna suspend the US tariffs on polysilicon and other energy products. Can't see any other logic in their scale back

If the Chinese government would continue to state fund the Solar and Wind industry, than a lot of this funding would end up indirectly in foreign companies like REC, Hemlock, Vestas W and etc, and I don't think that they would like to do that.

In short, REC will get free access to the Chinese market within two months
