Xtrainvestor.com: Vi har gode kilder på at Fredly og Haakon Sæter er imot HUNT-avtalen. Det sies også at Blystad skal være mot. Fredly og Sæter eier ca 8%, Blystad 5,5%. Det antas at Fredly står bak fredagens kjøpsordre.

A financial investor (the "Investor") has engaged Fearnley Securities AS (the
"Manager") to explore the opportunity to acquire 30% of the outstanding shares
in Hunter Group ASA (the "Shares") at a price of NOK 2.30 per share. The
Investor can at its full discretion increase or decrease the number of shares to
be acquired (the "Offer"), so that the Investor's shareholding in Hunter Group
ASA does not exceed 1/3 of the outstanding Shares in Hunter Group ASA after the
completion of the Offer.
The Manager will gather and accumulate sales orders from existing shareholders.
All existing shareholders are invited to offer Shares for sale at the price
defined above.
The acceptance period will commence immediately, and will close on February 21st
2018 at 17:00 hrs. CET. However, the acceptance period can be closed earlier or
extended at the Investor's or Manager's own discretion. If an acquisition is to
be completed, allocation will follow shortly thereafter. Allocation is expected
to be made on or about February 22nd 2018 with standard T+2 settlement.

Noen som kan gi en kort forklaring på hva som skjer? Større investor forsøker å kjøpe 30% til 2,30. Kursen vaker rundt 2,20. Investoren virker såpass ivrig at tilbudet fort kan høynes til 2,40. Når slike tilbud kommer opp på andre aksjer fyker som regel kursene opp, men ikke her? Vurderer inngang her nå på 2,20

Hvor int tror du det er for "gutta" nevnt over at kursen skal over 2.30? Da vil ingen akseptere noe tilbud
