Hope you are right, but since they have taken down their guiding for 2019 substantially, we cant expect Q3 to compensate too much for a weak Q2. They also mentioned that one large client would delay their order from Q2 to Q4/Q1. I would say that 31 mill would be acceptable (30% growth), 33 would be great (40% growth) . From what I understand, a higher stock at the end of the quarter usually means one of two things: Either they are building up stock because they expect bigger volume in the near future, or major orders were delayed or cancelled. Agree?
