Photocure is looking for a Clinical Support Specialist (CSS) is to assist in the account development process by being a resource to the sales team, physicians, and operating room staff, including offices and clinics. Part of the sales team, this person will interact with Healthcare Professionals (MD's, PA's, NP's, Nurses, Pharmacists, Techs) in key targeted accounts and to provide clinical in-services and educational presentations of disease state education on bladder cancer with appropriate patient identification to increase utilization of Blue Light Cystoscopy with Cysview. Will map current process and how Cysview can be implemented to ensure smooth workflow. The position requires a self-starter who can build relationships quickly and can handle a dynamic environment with flexibility. This position will handle the Southern California Region including Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vega. Roles and Responsibility:• Work collaboratively with direction from the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Surgical Sales Executives (SSE) to maintain and grow existing territory accounts.• This will be done by:o Attends to and follows up with the daily needs of key accounts - attends cases, ensures equipment is working properly, conducts regular training and in servicing for staff members responsible for the scheduling and instilling Cysview.o Provides guidance and support for physicians/staff during live surgical procedures, and utilization and/or operation of company technology driving increased usage of product. o Keep updated records of activities in our CRM tool (Salesforce) along with each account's process/ flow.o Identify key individuals in targeted accounts and evaluate customer's relevant educational needs.o Assist sales team with new account set process. o Educate all allied health customers on appropriate patient identification and medical terminology for the role of Blue Light Cystoscopy with Cysview in patients with bladder cancer in hospitals/ASCs/clinics. o Provide support for Patient Advocacy groups and meetings that may include local chapter development at new accounts.o Provide patient education materials and present to bladder cancer patient groups on Photocure products upon request.• Share key customer, procedural and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, and marketing teams to improve on solutions / service levels across the nation.• Cultivate and maintain an excellent rapport with hospital, ASC, and office clinical staffs. Required Skills & Experience• Experience working in an Operating Room, or clinical setting necessary. • Associate or bachelor's degree in related clinical field of study, licensure in nursing or related specialty preferred.• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to communicate with all levels of clinical staff, including large audiences. Strong presentation ability required.• Computer experience with Microsoft programs such as PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word• Excellent interpersonal skills. The candidate must enjoy and excel at personal relationship-building, building trust and seen as the on-site expert.• Well organized with strong attention to detail.• Problem-solving / trouble-shooting skills, especially with equipment (Karl Storz). • Ability to travel 75-80%.• 3-5 years of pharmaceutical sales or medical device experience.• Using our CRM, Salesforce.com (SFDC) update account information regarding installation, in-service and training records, per corporate guidelines and established standard operating procedures.• Potential interest in pursuing a career in medical sales.

Så må jeg bare få legge til at de som bare har arbeidet i Norge aner ikke hva det vil si å arbeide !
I USA må man arbeide. Hvis du forteller dem om 5 ukers ferie, fri i helgene, betalt overtid, 37,5 timers uke, egenmelding, svangerskapspermisjon etc etc så tror de at du juger.
I USA må du vise attitude. Ellers er det på hue og rævva ut
