Pareto i dag:

Research focus: SUBC – Higher SURF revenues supporting expected Q1 beat
 Subsea 7 will announce its second quarter results tomorrow; coming in at an adj. EBITDA
(including its joint venture results) of USD 203m and an adj. EBIT of USD 95m. Q1 beat
supported by increased SURF-revenues and some margin improvements across all the
three reporting segments. With its six announced contracts during the quarter aggregating
somewhere between USD 0.6-1.4bn, we believe the total order intake is likely to surpass
the implied order intake of 0.94bn in Q1. Although margin pressure is still present – and
the company has been emphasizing that its full year EBITDA-margin may be ‘significantly
lower compared to 2017’ – the company still has a solid balance sheet that even allows for
opportunistic moves. We continue to highlight the attractive valuation at EV/EBITDA’18-
20e of 4-5.5x and cash flow yield >10%. BUY TP NOK 158

Shortinndekking..
