Collaboration to investigate yeast beta-glucan growth opportunities within land animal feed

Biotec BetaGlucans has today signed an agreement with Ohly GmbH to investigate
potential growth opportunities within the land animal feed area
Biotec BetaGlucans and its long-time partner Ohly GmbH (part of Associated
British Foods plc) have today entered into an agreement to join forces towards
the land animal feed area. Purpose of the agreement is to develop the use of
yeast beta-glucan within this particular market segment, based on the unique
knowledge and capabilities of both companies. Target is to identify and develop
growth opportunities within 18 months. Both companies will work together to
ensure success in this exciting market.
