COPENHAGEN, Denmark, July 3, 2019 - Napatech (OSLO: NAPA.OL), today announced that the Board of Directors of Napatech A/S has decided to issue share options to key employees in the Company.

The Board's decision was made in accordance with the shareholder authorization for the Board adopted as Article 7.5 of the articles of association and as approved at a Board meeting on July 1, 2019.

The authorization from the shareholders in 2019 was for a total of 2,076,704 share options.

A total of 2,004,044 share options have been issued for subscription of:

- up to 1,736,800 shares of a nominal value of DKK 0.25 at an exercise price of NOK 1.50 per share
- up to 133,488 shares of a nominal value of DKK 0.25 at an exercise price of NOK 1.89 per share
- up to 133,756 shares of a nominal value of DKK 0.25 at an exercise price of NOK 5.00 per share

All share options shall be exercised by 4 July 2027.

Ray Smets, CEO, will receive 1,067,244 share options, and holds after this a total of 1,467,244 share options and 380,000 shares.

Other executives and key employees will receive in total 936,800 share options.
