Har Gambia inte skickat terminering av Licenser för 2017?

Här finner vi en Terminering från Gambia av licenserna Januari 2014. Vad hände senare genom ICSID? Jo, APCL vann och fick tillbaka licenserna.
De påstår sig alltså ha skickat en ny terminering, vilket APCL hela tiden förespråkat ej har skett. Detta anser jag är en mycket god indikation på att så aldrig skett.
Här saknas alltså en terminering EFTER den som APCL tog Gambia till ICSID för att få tillbaka licenserna.

Nu är det nog bara tidsfråga innan både Gambia och Senegal officiellt blir lösta och med gott Resultat för APCL och dess aktieägare.
Vidare tillåter jag mig att plocka in några goda ord från APCLs ledning som blev publicerade i årsrapporten som skrevs 30 april?
“What is certain though beyond a shadow of a doubt, is that we would not be progressing with arbitration proceedings if we did not feel that we had a strong case based on the legal rights of our PSCs. Furthermore, we would not be progressing down this route if we did not feel it was necessary and in the best interest of our Company and its shareholders.” (David King, p. 5).
“Requests for arbitration in respect of the dispute over the A1 and A4 licences in The Gambia were filed during the 4th quarter 2017. In Senegal, at the time of publication of this report, we await clarity regarding the government’s position but remain ready to invoke similar legal rights in respect of our licences. Based upon the legal advice that we continue to receive regarding our position across these licences, we are confident that these steps are wholly appropriate, legally valid and will lead to a successful outcome for the Company.” (Jens Pace, p. 6).

Dette er bekreftelser på at alt APCL har meldt ut til aksjonærer stemmer og for meg er dette mega bull

Det är så jag också ser på det. Det enda problemet är om OGEL inte har just den senaste termineringen. Har för dåligt underlag för att kunna bedöma hur stor den risken är. Men har nu kollat igenom flertalet tillgängliga kontrakt för både gambia och senegal och allt verkar ju finnas. Så att just detta skulle saknas, när man dessutom har det kontrakt från 2014, känns i min värld ganska otroligt.
Tror som sagt på lösning i både Senegal och Gambia mycket snart och efter klargörande kring dessa, tror jag större placerare kommer våga investera i APCL. När sakerna faller på plats en efter en ser jag inget annat än att ATH ska plockas 2018. Dessutom ska beslut om drill or drop tas i höst i Sierra Leone. Här finns det helt enkelt mycket som talar för framgång på flera fronter!

Har satset en god slant på positive løsninger for apcl:)Syntes det er så mange signaler som peker i den retningen,så da får man ta sjansen.Oppsiden fra dagens kurs er enorm,går lett 100-200% på et par dager med f.eks sosp forlengelse(mulig rop andel).Samme med positiv løsning i Gambia,så apcl har flere sjanser til å stige mye.Ingen tro på at de mister alt,så syntes risikoen ikke er skremmende.Så får vi se hva fasiten blir,meget spennende dager fremover:)!Tror det blir en fin sommer får apcl,løsninger og kurs rundt 5kr,før man igjen nærmer seg en drilling,da øker den vel yttligere:)

After several weeks of behind-the-scenes talks, on June 7 the Gambian government formally resumed negotiations with the British oil junior African Petroleum (AP) and obtained the temporary freeze of an arbitration procedure at the International Court for Settlement of Investor Disputes (ICSID). AP, which was founded by Australian magnate Frank Timis, filed a suit to the ICSID in October 2017 over the Gambian government's withdrawal of contracts to operate blocks A1 and A4 when President Adam Barrow came to power. To avoid a costly court case that could land the government with heavy fines to pay, the Gambian justice minister Abubacarr Marie Tambadou has been trying to reach an out-of-court settlement since the beginning of the year. The dispute has also been an obstacle to selling the two blocks to another oil company, since no major would want to invest while a legal case is ongoing. Although companies including Woodside Energy and Tullow Oil have expressed an interest in the blocks, the oil minister has repeatedly pushed back the final date for tenders, which was originally fixed at February 18 (AEI 812)."
