Golden Ocean har kjøpt seg opp i rederiets konvertible obligasjon.

Golden Ocean kjøpte tirsdag seg opp i rederiets konvertible obligasjon 2014/2019 for to millioner dollar, til en pris som er 99,50 prosent av pålydende, ifølge en melding onsdag.Etter transaksjonen holder rederiet 31,8 millioner dollar i obligasjonen, om lag 15,9 prosent av den totale utstedelsen, opplyses det.
